We love Cooper's Hawk but today just felt “off”. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. Then, we were served the wrong dishes. It took quite a long time to make the correct meal. The manager did give us a complimentary dessert, but we got there at 1:30 and didn't get the check until 4:15pm.

Made a reservation for anniversary, which I notated on the reservation. There was nothing special done for the anniversary. Did a wine tasting before our reservation at 7 o'clock and we had our reservation at eight after going there at 7:55 to check in we had to wait another 25 minutes to get a table. Our waitress was confused on serving the tables and almost gave our bottle of wine to another table. although she was nice, she was lacking. She never came by to see how our food was until 20 to 30 minutes after we had it. We have been club members for over 10 years and I'm not sure if we well be continuing.

My LifeChoice salmon & my husband's Daily Special Sea Bass were excellent. Our server was far more attentive than any before in checking my OpenTable dietary restrictions, verifying my salmon had no shellfish but discovering there was some shellfish used in the sauce of my husband's sea bass. We're members, so the Summer of Gratitude wine special provided a delicious white wine, resulting in an unexpectedly-low tab for a quality dining experience. Despite it being before sunset on a Saturday evening, there were several patio tables available, as they're FCFS & not reservable. The patio is very pleasant when it isn't packed. It's adjacent to the parking lot, but not on a road, making it one of the quieter & more private spots for Naperville alfresco dining. (Inside, it was crowded, noisier, and chillier.) And I want to give a shout-out to Cooper's Hawks' hot bread: a large warm roll served with soft butter that breaks into 4 small portions. Few restaurants do bread nowadays, and it's my guilty pleasure.

I understand Saturdays are busiest but 3 hours is ridiculous. We arrived on time for our 7:15 reservation and waited another 30 minutes to be seated. More Infuriating were the 3 open tables of the same size surrounding us. 15 - 20 minutes later our server arrived there was no offer of water or bread between that time. Our server was helpful when present was helpful and the food was delicious but not enough to get me to come back especially on a Saturday night.

Our Server, 'Andersen", was outstanding especially given the workload. Food was great and most importantly, the Gluten Free options and careful efforts for those with Celiac Disease was very much appreciated.

We usually love Coopers Hawk but sometimes the service is lacking. Our waitress was not attentive even though we were there at an off time when it was pretty empty.

First time to this location and while the staff was super courteous, reservations were definitely behind schedule.

Our waiter was very slow. Spoke quickly when he was there but took forever to even get drinks. Then he brought my wine out and my girlfriend‘s about 5 minutes later. We had to ask for bread. My girlfriend's filet was overcooked as were my pork chops. We didn't complain but it was uncharacteristic of the Naperville location. I am a wine club member and will be back but last night was not up to standards.

Overall, very good. Unfortunately, my wife's dress was stained from chair in outdoor seating...

Our server - Autumn - was great! Very attentive, friendly, and professional. As always, the food and wide at Cooper's Hawk were excellent. We tried some new offerings as well as some old favorites. This was our second visit to the Naperville location, and our umpteenth to Cooper's Hawk. We'll be back!

We had the grouper on the gluten free menu. Although it was delicious, the filets were only about 5 ounces. Two of us had it. It wasn't much grouper for the price. Everything else was great.

Excellent service from the wine bar through the meal. New cauliflower appetizer and shrimp entree were outstanding.

You can't go wrong with anything at Cooper's Hawk has been my takeaway. I'm a wine club member, also, and have enjoyed many great monthly bottles. It's important to note that you can always try the monthly bottle and exchange it for something else if you want to. I did that this month. The Zibibbo is too sweet; I brough home two other bottles. The food is GREAT. The menu has a beautiful variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, plated meals, and desserts. My favorite is the ahi tuna sashimi; I can't seem to skip that one. My friend and I split the Beef & Blue Cheese salad. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare. It was great. The others in our party had a sesame salmon and the parmesan crusted chicken. We all cleaned our plates. It's also really nice that you can order a lunch or dinner portion of the plated meals. Our server actually had enough time to sit and chat with us about the menu for a few minutes while we finished sharing the dessert she talked us into. That was really nice. My wine club card got misplaced somehow in the whole thing, but they made me another one on the spot. They really offer superb customer service at the Naperville, IL location.

My daughter and I had a great dinner with appetizers and drinks. Our waiter, Nico, was great! We always enjoy or time at Cooper's Hawk and this time was no different.
