Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Naperville

Was disappointed that I selected outdoor seating as an option and advised that the patio was closed. John our server was very nice and attentive. Collette helped with our wine bottle pick up and she was OUTSTANDING. We wanted to stay just to chat with her!

Cool wine tasting in the lobby, with a variety of glasses and, shirts, chocolates etc. Service was excellent and food was top notch. Sat outside, got a bit chilly but there were warmers. Wines by the bottle were very reasonable, also available for purchase in the lobby. Good selection. Was about $215 for two people including a bottle of wine, apps, entrees and deserts (including tip). I'll be back. Server was 5 stars all the way. Fun place!

The wine tasting was great not too busy & our server she was excellent. Our reservation was for 6:30P we got seated early. Our waitress was attentive, efficient & professional. The food was very good & we had no issues/problems.

Just love a night out w my husband to enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine. Our server was B and she was excellent. The food is always great!

Very cool restaurant. Loved the wine tasting/store section. I took my 16 year old daughter and she loved the food. Our server was also prompt, friendly and had great recommendations. Would definitely visit again!

David was an absolutely amazing waiter today for our brunch/lunch. We had never been to the Naperville Cooper's Hawk location, and he was super helpful in explaining the various menus and talking about the wines and wine club. For our first experience there, it was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I dropped our son off at college. We wanted to dine and gather our thoughts. Autumn was our server, and she made me forget for just a moment that I had just dropped off my oldest child. It was the relaxation that I needed. Autumn's knowledge of the food and wine pairing, her service, friendly personality, and professionalism were outstanding. So much so that my husband and I returned and requested Autumn the day before our departure. We will be back many times in the next four years, and we will come to Cooper's Hawk because of the impeccable service Autumn provides first and the fantastic food second.

They were having a bad night in the kitchen. Ordered an appetizer early on. Never came until the dinner came. The appetizer which is usually great was under cooked. When our dinners returned mine seemed to have been reheated and wasn't very good. My husband's was good. Not reheated. Our server was the best part!

From start to finish-everything was perfect! Food and drinks as always were great! Appetizers delicious! Waitress was helpful and kind! Would recommend to anyone!

I am a frequent visitor of CH and I have to say I was disappointed in three of the items we ordered. The dish they came out in was piping hot however the food was barely even warm so I am not sure how that is even possible. Needless to say the items were sent back and I am one that never has to send a dish back so it was rather odd to me that this happen.

Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. I had my eyes set on the short ribs dinner. However, they were out of it. The manager came over at the end of the meal and apologized. She also provided me with a one free meal card. Certainly, there are bigger issues and disappointments, but I appreciate their wanting to make things right. That is execeptional customer service - we will keep going back!

Amber was our server. She was very attentive always had a smile on her face was very knowledgeable about the menu and all the questions that we asked and if she didn't know she would find out the answer. she was an excellent server. The food is always great and we enjoy dining there thank you.
