It use to be a good. Don't know what happened everything tastes diferent and not in the good way 😕 😒

I LOVE the food here. Usually the service is pretty good, sometimes amazing. I live about 20 minutes away so I always call my order in, and obviously don’t get it weekly or anything. I was slammed all week at work so I was super excited to treat myself (and fam). I was greeted with “crosstown Naperville.” I said I wanted to place an order to go, she said it would be a few minutes. No worries, I literally said take your time. I waited on hold for almost 17 minutes. I know they’re short staffed so I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed whoever I spoke with got distracted, so I called back while also attempting to place the order online to make it easier for the staff. It eventually went to voicemail, I bailed at this point. I’ll give them another go in a couple months I’m sure, but this was super disappointing.

We love this place for the food but recently the service has been rough. Not sure why the drinks take so incredibly long but we planned on hanging out for a few hours to order multiple rounds of drinks but after our first and second round took over 20 minutes we just cashed out and left. Our food arrived before the first round of drinks. Even a bit of communication from the server would have really helped out. Bummer.

They have so many different flavors of wings. You cannot try them all. It I ordered the salt and vinegar and some of the other sauces that I like on the side and it seemed like the best combination!

Sarah is the BEST ever!!! She is so kind and most Amazing! Will come back definitely! Thank you for the hospitality and the way you treat your clients! She will be the reason we come back! Can not say enough about the wings definitely some of the best we have tried...and we have tried so many in many different states.

seeing as I did send them a email thru the website and didn’t get a response I’m writing this. Was there Sunday mid afternoon the weekend of labor day. We come here often. Got seated and our drinks. We asked the server to change one tv to espn, she said yes. It was never done. I walked to the bar myself after about 15 20 min of waiting and asked (it was done right away). We got our food from a runner. My fries were very cold. Waited another 15 min still no waitress. I walked again to the bar myself and asked for new fries. During this time i see our server up there talking to a group of other employees. Not once did we get asked if we wanted refills and we were checked on once. The place was empty and all you could here was the crew members laughing and talking extremely loudly at the bar and sitting around.

Ordered and paid for 3 lbs of chicken lopes and none of the three orders were a pound. My Cajun one came closest at 11.4 oz while my other two orders were only 7.9&7.1 ounces clearly not a whole pound. Weighed each order because it clearly did not look like enough per order.

Everything i order here is good quality and portion. The negative reviewers seem to not under what a la carte means. Restaurants gotta make business too. As long as quality and portions match the price I'm good with it. 👍🏽

I don't understand the negative reviews on this place but it is interesting how most were all around the same time about a year ago. Almost like the competition was on a smear campaign.

Each time I been food was great and drinks as well. Server needed a shower, a demerit for that. (Some jobs that can slide but people serving me food should not be smell-able) Other than that, I'm coming back again

Best wings in the whole Chicago land area. A little advice and fair warning. Don’t try the cheddar and bacon rub wings. If you do you WILL BE ADDICTED! You’ve been WARNED! Joking aside this place is amazing.
