Service was very friendly from the time I opened the door to come in till I left. Great selections offered for what I had the taste for. Oh the taste of the juicy Burger and the Cider Ale. Superb Will return again.

feel sorry for the lady serving us,she was the only person there and had to do it all. The food was great, the atmosphere was ok but it was really really slow.

Crosstown Pub has been one of my favorites. I've been coming here even before they were called this name. Unfortunately, the quality has changed and I was not too happy with my wings. The owner need to tell their cooks to remove the chicken feathers as much as they can because it's gross. See for yourself. Also, they only sprinkle the seasonings on one side of the chicken. Otherwise, once "I", the customer, have PLUCKED their chicken, the crunchiness and the tastiness is still good. And this is not the first time I've removed the feathers off of their chicken.

Our waitress was attentive and our food got to us fast. I have to say though, we got there around 11:30is AM on a regular workday so people were still at work. So, because of this I think it may be time to find another pub with cleaner wings.

And by the way, the feathers only becomes very visible on dry rubs. When you use liquid seasonings, however, you won't notice them but they are there!

Quality has gone down tremendously in the last couple years. Who owns this place now??? It was just a terrible experience altogether and used to be my absolute favorite wings. I’m so bummed. Don’t waste your money or time.

Wings were fantastic as was the service. The 15 kids running around screaming because their entitled parents wouldn't stop them from legitimately screaming at the top of their lungs in the bar area were the only reason the atmosphere was low.

Awful. Too many wrong things to even have the time to post all of them right now for the price they charge the food should never ever have an issue. It should be perfect. I will definitely add on at a later point but this I had to do immediately. So update….Chris the “manager” is who I ended up speaking to and he hung up on me instead of answering or even letting me tell him my numerous issues with the order (Blue Cheese when Ranch was ordered and paid for per the receipt). Kids meal comes with a drink, yet he accused my daughter of not specifying which drink she eanted, so apparently he chose to give her none but yet not even offer it, also charged her a $3.50 service charge for what I’d love to know?? He tells me how she had a Dr Pepper while she was yet she was charged $3.00 for that. When she went in knowing she had about 10 minutes until her item was ready to be picked up oh block away she asked the question about the specials and she was told that she just needed to order a drink to get the special and that is what she did in addition to the 20 wings Fries ranch and mu Burger kids meal nowhere did it say she’d be charging additional $3.50 and not get what you ordered and still tipped very graciously. That is someone taking advantage of a 16-year-old obviously the information you gave her was not accurate. That’s terrible. Shame on you. Shame on you cross town. Shame on you, Chris.

Slow, disinterested, service. Overcooked 2 of our 3 sandwiches, and got one entree completely wrong (asked for baked for a gluten intolerant person). Got home, it was breaded and fried.

Honestly, this place has fallen off hard.

Wings were cold just like the service. Sat at the bar n it was sticky. Menus were sticky. They did have $1 tacos that were tiny but I did not order as waitress said they had a taco special after being asked if there were any but didn’t engage much.

Thursday half off wings are still a thing here, and the wings at Crosstown are the best in the area. Staff is always helpful and service is usually pretty quick, although the restaurant can get pretty busy so be prepared for a quick wait to get a seat, depending on the night. Outdoor dining is nice but overlooking the parking lot. Overall one of my favorite places in Naperville especially if you want to avoid all the day tourists in downtown Naperville.

First time coming here and will say I will be coming back for sure! Starting with the service it was really great Jacey took her time on taking our orders making sure nothing was missed as we were a group of 12. The wings were very very good one of the best ones I’ve had so far. Bonus every Thursday they have half off wings definitely the spot to be on a Thursday!

Parking: There is a lot of space for parking but due to this place being so good it does get packed.

2024/08/11 - the quesadilla with brisket was good, but one part of it was just cheese, no meat or peppers. My son liked the build your own burger, but the fries had no salt and wouldn't stick when he tried to season. Wife liked the chicken wings.

2022 - Good place to get some food and drinks. I had the Dictator sandwich and would get it again. The Hawaiian ale on tap was not that good. Too light and thin for an ale.
