I LOVE the food here. Usually the service is pretty good, sometimes amazing. I live about 20 minutes away so I always call my order in, and obviously don’t get it weekly or anything. I was slammed all week at work so I was super excited to treat myself (and fam). I was greeted with “crosstown Naperville.” I said I wanted to place an order to go, she said it would be a few minutes. No worries, I literally said take your time. I waited on hold for almost 17 minutes. I know...
We love this place for the food but recently the service has been rough. Not sure why the drinks take so incredibly long but we planned on hanging out for a few hours to order multiple rounds of drinks but after our first and second round took over 20 minutes we just cashed out and left. Our food arrived before the first round of drinks. Even a bit of communication from the server would have really helped out. Bummer.
They have so many different flavors of wings. You cannot try them all. It I ordered the salt and vinegar and some of the other sauces that I like on the side and it seemed like the best combination!
