I placed a pickup order. Service was great and speedy. In and out in no time. Great flavors: strawberry covered chocolate, Kentucky butter cake, sugar cookie, caramel pumpkin cake cookie. Yum! I am going to gain weight before the holidays!

This is my favorite Crumbl location!! I come here almost weekly (sometimes twice a week🤭) and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to my fave workers for always going above and beyond!!

My friend’s daughter wanted to buy the Dubai Chocolate Brownies from Crumbl in Skokie, but unfortunately, they were sold out. My friend asked me as a favor to check other locations near me to see if they had the Dubai Chocolate Brownies and to buy them for her daughter. I went and checked the Lombard location and saw they had the flavor available. I offered to place the order for her, pay for everything, and she would just need to pick it up on Saturday at 6 PM — but she declined.
Later, I went to the Naperville Crumbl and noticed they also carried Dubai Chocolate. When I asked, the staff said it could only be ordered online, but it wasn’t showing up on the menu that week. Then the store manager, GRACE, came over. She was so kind and went out of her way to help me — she personally placed the order and got me 4 cookies and 2 Dubai Chocolate Brownies.
Grace is truly amazing! 🌟 She gave me outstanding service and made the whole experience so easy. If anyone is having a hard time ordering the Dubai Chocolate or any other special flavor, I highly recommend checking the Naperville Crumbl and asking to speak with GRACE She’s the best — 100/100, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service
