Every time we go here there’s an issue with ordering a chocolate cherry shake. This time they put strawberries in it. Brooke, the manager, told me she is 110% sure that they put cherries in it after I told her there were strawberries in my shake. At this Culver’s, customers are not always right even when they have the proof of strawberries in the shake. I think they need to provide more customer service training.

Having a trash day and (I think his name was) Lavell saved it. He is such an amazing person and so valuable. I was just another car in the drive thru line but he took time and talked to me when he saw I looked sad. This man deserves a raise, promotion, or whatever else he wants. He really made a difference to me.

We ordered large milkshakes. Their large is the equivalent to a medium at any other Culver’s or restaurant. They are always watered down. And they’re overpriced. Not with it. Go somewhere else if you desperately want a milkshake.

I had lunch here with my Mom the other day and met the owner Jake . He came to our table and spoke with us and was so friendly! By far the best Culvers location I've been to . Thanks Jake
we visited this Culvers yesterday for three lunch post thr game. Our team of 10 could find lot of cozy spaces to choose from for seating and our orders came in quickly. the store manager also came later and asked us about food and few new options what we have selected. He was courteous and friendly.

The food is consistent. If you like it then you like it. The fries are good and crispy. Get cheese curds :) The frozen custard is the star of the show. That and the root beer (I like the diet root beer which is hard to find at fast food places around here).
