Great custard sundae as always. Culver's is busy but not noisy. Always good service. I wasn't sure how to use my app and the server assisted me with it. We will go back for the pork tenderloin. Yummy!

Came to culvers two weeks ago because of a fund raise activity, it was a drive thru, its kinda funny how we order at the machine, next window we just pay and we would be waiting for the food by the patio….and a staff would come outside running in the cold thur the patio section and give out the food lol
I mean, we saw this being built I don’t understand why they don’t make another window so staff don’t need to run out in the cold?
But anyway, been meaning to try and I have to say the burger are AWESOME!! We used to like epic burger in chicago but the one in naperville its not as good…but culvers burgers are great!!
We dine out four night out of the week and two lunch out of the week, and the past three lunches were here LOL
It cost less than epic burger and taste twice better

Every time we go here there’s an issue with ordering a chocolate cherry shake. This time they put strawberries in it. Brooke, the manager, told me she is 110% sure that they put cherries in it after I told her there were strawberries in my shake. At this Culver’s, customers are not always right even when they have the proof of strawberries in the shake. I think they need to provide more customer service training.

Having a trash day and (I think his name was) Lavell saved it. He is such an amazing person and so valuable. I was just another car in the drive thru line but he took time and talked to me when he saw I looked sad. This man deserves a raise, promotion, or whatever else he wants. He really made a difference to me.

We ordered large milkshakes. Their large is the equivalent to a medium at any other Culver’s or restaurant. They are always watered down. And they’re overpriced. Not with it. Go somewhere else if you desperately want a milkshake.

Horrible !! had to repeat 3 times when I was ordering on the speaker even that I got my order wrong!!! very disappointed!!!
Noticed a change in the burger bun recently to a lower quality one. Change it back! Hahaaa. Small thing to notice but still!

we visited this Culvers yesterday for three lunch post thr game. Our team of 10 could find lot of cozy spaces to choose from for seating and our orders came in quickly. the store manager also came later and asked us about food and few new options what we have selected. He was courteous and friendly.
