The worst buger I got was burnt and cold the cook should be ashamed to serve it waste of time and money wish I dinning in because I would have gave it back to the cook so disappointed

The flavor of the day pictures looks so good! They're packed with flavorful swirls and heaps of toppings in every spoonful... but when you order they are just entire pints of vanilla or chocolate custard with VERY FEW toppings sprinkled in. Very dishonest guys :(

I ordered a single deluxe meal for myself, chicken tender kids meal and double deluxe meal. The man who took my order halfway had an attitude, but the young lady who brought my food out was very nice and had a welcoming smile. My burger did not taste seasoned at all. I've eaten there many times, but this was the first time my burger was tasteless.

Ordered a pot roast dinner and it was awful. Beef Very dry like it sat in a crock pot for 2 days almost like beef jerky dry and without question not edible so we threw it out after one bite. Contacted them via customer care center with zero response

Culver’s is the best fast food chain in my opinion. And this is my favorite Culver’s. The service is always quick and friendly. Fantastic veggie burgers and grilled chicken. And always enjoy their custard in moderation!
This is my second time receiving precooked food and cold by the time I got home, 3 minutes away. Ben, the manager put me on a come back list but was very dismissive. I don't want to come back, I want hot cooked food when I leave.
I ordered one slice of cheese, yet I get two. Does this look just cooked to you? I threw it in the garbage.
