DeEtta's made our wedding cake and it was perfect! We did our tasting over a year before our wedding and it turned out exactly how I had hoped it would. We received so many compliments on how beautiful and delicious the cake was. I'm already looking forward to getting our anniversary cake next year!

Everything Iāve ever eaten at DeEttaās has been absolutely amazing but we recently ordered a custom cake and I had to write a review because they knocked it out of the park!! We provided them with the baby shower invitation and they made it into cake form perfectly! The taste/texture was 10000% delicious too!

Placed an order for a wedding cake months in advance of our wedding. Our wedding venue and guest count changed (also months in advance). When we let them know via email that our venue had changed, they responded that they could change the delivery location āas a courtesy.ā The newer venue was miles closer for themā¦I understand that the invoice says non-changeable and non-refundable, but when you are in the service industry, you should go to greater lengths to make customers feel taken care of - especially when itās for a wedding. Not flexible. Rude correspondence via email. We canceled our order as a result. Go to a different bakery.

The smell when you walk in is the first thing that hits you, then you are greeted by some amazing staff who allowed me to take my time and explain every option they have very well canāt wait to go back. The creme filled donut is top tier! And the croissant cups!
Originally found out about DeEttaās while shopping their cheesecake and cake cups at Reamās and now moved dangerously closer to their shop in Naperville that has a large variety of options - sweet and savory! Friendly staff, many delicious treats, my goto for bringing something to any occasion.

First experience with DeEttaās and I will not be returning. I ordered a custom cake for an engagement party. Paid for it upon order. On the day of the event, the bakery claimed to have no record of my order and also had no cake for me to pick up although my credit card remained charged. As a result, they said they would get back to me. A day later and have yet to hear back. Horrible customer service.
