Domino's Pizza

Took 1 hour and 50 minutes for my pizza to be delivered tonight. When it got here, it was ice cold and the toppings were incorrect. This is the 3rd time I’ve had severely delayed delivery from this location, I won’t be ordering again.

Such a great group of employees. We were early for our pick-up order, so we parked in front facing the store. They were all having so much fun. Hard laughing and so lots of positive interaction between them all. It was nice to see the mix of ages and different people, all just doing their job and not hating it at the same time. Keep in mind they were all working hard and continuously busy, but they were just a great team in general.

Pizza is typically very late or smashed into the box. Several times the app says the pizza was delivered and it shows up 20 minutes later. Once it never showed up at all. Naperville doesn't have many options for delivery, unfortunately

I like the pizza. That was really good. But the cinnamon things and the garlic knots I wasn't that impressed. The true downside is this location. If you're going to try to go left/ West out of there, you're going to have a rough time.

Tonight I ordered my large pizza that was supposedly free, since I had 60 points to obtain it, they charged my account 2 dollars, I don't know why, and it is not the amount but the misleading advertising on the part of Dominos pizza, since they do not clarify If said charge is for ordering a different method of preparation, apart from this awkward moment, I also ordered bone-in wings, these were served with almost no hot sauce, almost dry just as they came out of the fryer, I also mention that When I went inside the store to pick up my order in an unkind way to say the moment, ignoring my presence, he told me to wait when the application indicated that it was ready for delivery, what I am happy about is that the food has always been been of good flavor, but with these inconveniences they will lose one more of their former customers.

This place is weird, food is always great and quickly done, most of the time never have any issues, almost every time though my pizzas arent fully cut, i live not too far from here and is my go to pizza place for when i have people over and were always obliterating the pizza bc its not cut all the way, other issue i constantly have is this one young guy that works here, been a while since ive gone here and didn’t see him today but hes always loud rude, ive seen him throw stuff at other customers, constantly corrected me on how to say my own name and had to correct him multiple times before i gave up and moved on so i can get my food and get out, and judging off the looks on the faces of his coworkers hes “that” coworker that everyone collectively dislikes working with but get a sense of workplace camaraderie for it, again idk if he still works there but hopefully not

Very nice people. A little show and behind my estimated wait time but they were getting slammed and doing their best. Very kind and professional about it.

Man I’ve gone here a couple of times for food and they always do a great job but today. I went in to get my supreme pizza and brownies and they said it wasn’t ready. Cool no problem. I went next door to the vape shop to buy a vape and the went back in. Felt the need to go to the men’s restroom to alleviate myself and so I went forward. I knocked, no one was inside, I proceeded inside and took care of business and when I turn around I notice there is no damn handle for the door as you will see in the video. So I try to open it and to no avail it doesn’t open. I call the branch number to tell them “yo I’m stuck in your bathroom there is no handle from the inside” and BOOM immediately people rush to the bathroom. (Which I appreciate the response) but I heard mfs laughing outside and well the video will tell you the rest. Yet, as soon as I went outside some employee tells me “ yeah man I got locked in earlier” ok mfer if you got locked in earlier don’t you think it’s a good idea to let your superiors know. I got no answer. Then I go to pay and I still have to pay full price and I say “I should get something for this inconvenience” and the guy says “ oh man it’s my 4th day here”, like that should f’n matter. So I paid FULL PRICE. Then some lady comes up and says “how can I make this better”. I say well not really I just paid full price and if you knew that one of your employees got stuck in their earlier then “maybe you should put a f’n “out of order” sign. I proceeded to walk out because of how heated I was.

Good fast service

Be aware this place workers know nothing about food poisoning / cross contamination. The food prep girl was fixing her hairs with bare hands and then started prep pizza dough … no one has a gloves on .I’m sure non of them know a thing about food poisoning.

This is the best Dominos! Great value, food always prepared well, pickup is on time. On only one occasion my order was missed and they made up for the mishap. Tonight we got the perfect combo deal and it was enough to feed us for two+ dinners.

The Domino's online website messed up my order and Marques fixed my order when I came in to pick up the order. Very professional and will be keep coming
