I wish I could give this review zero star!! I’ve read previous reviews and this place looked promising. I stopped in this morning and the woman taking my order was not friendly at all, like I was interrupting her day, which I noticed she vanished after taking my order to be on a call that I can hear while waiting for my donuts. As you can see from my pictures the donuts were too hot to add toppings, I live about 5 mins from the shop and all toppings melted and there were barley any frosting on some when I opened the box at home. They all seemed fine after he decorated and showed me, but by the time I made it home it looks nothing like the pictures online…very disappointing to say the least! I honestly could have went to Dunkin Donuts, I would not waste my money on them again!!

Great donuts, but the workers were a little nonchalant, it was my first time being there and with this being a new establishment you'd think they would be a little bit more engaging smile and let the people know you appreciate them for stopping by, kindness cost you nothing.

I hate sounding like a Karen so I really try not to complain, but I feel like I’m losing my mind here.
I placed an order for 100 doughnut holes for a party 2 days in advance. My father-in-law went to pick up at the allotted time and was told that no one working that day knew how to use the doughnut hole machine, so it wasn’t gonna happen. They offered us some doughnuts, but I had sent someone else to pick up the order and we didn’t have time to wait around for them to be done so we declined. I figured I’d get my money back no problem.
This was Sunday. Called Monday and was told the shift leader there doesn’t know how to do that, and we should call back the next day because a manager would probably be in. Instead we left our information for a manager to call us. We waited and heard nothing, so we did call back. We spoke to a manager who said they also could not do that, and we needed to contact the store owner via email. The only way to do that is through a generic ‘contact us’ box, so we did, but this is beyond frustrating.
I am honestly baffled that I placed an order on a Friday, didn’t receive it on Sunday, and it is now Wednesday and there is no refund on the horizon. How do you not have someone on staff who can refund an order? Forget that we don’t have anyone working who can make the advertised product – could someone have called me at any point up until then to tell me they couldn’t fulfill it? Why wait until we come in to say ‘oops’?
Truly if someone had just told me they couldn’t make the order even that morning, I would have moved on and not cared. Instead, I talked up these stupid doughnut holes and then had people at the party asking me where they were and I got to tell them the doughnut store didn’t know how to make doughnut holes (that I ordered days in advance). Make it make sense?
Very disappointed. Ordered 2 dozen for the office, one dozen of the fall favorites and one dozen of spooky favorites. The donuts were an absolute mess. I picked them up so I didn't see how they made them, but it looks like they decorated them all in the box and also while the donuts were still very hot. All the icing had slide off the tops and the donuts were swimming in a pool of icing at the bottom of the box. Some we couldn't even get out of the box without them ripping in half because the donuts were stuck in all the icing in the box. Worse, because the donuts were likely still very hot when icing them, the donuts had a terrible texture and taste. Very chewy and spongy. Very disappointed and everyone at work also didn't care for them!

10-piece donut holes for $5 ended up being two Donuts chopped up and thrown in the fryer for a few minutes and shaken up with frosting. These are not donut holes, these are donuts chopped up and reheated. I don't know if this is how the donut holes are supposed to look, or if the employees were out of materials and just made this up, but it was greasy and nasty.

Pretty flat donut. Felt undercooked/ chewy. Personally have never had a donut like this. Not in a good way.

Yummy yummy! My donuts were so delicious and freshly made. Warm donut >>> crumbl cookie 😆 not sorry. I got a blueberry streusel and had Dawn surprise me for the second- both were so tasty! My cold brew with sweet cream was also perfectly made. I appreciated the clean store, friendly staff, and sitting outside to enjoy my treats.

I’m cool with the warm fresh donut idea but they put the glaze on when the doughnut is so hot thatthe glaze just runs off so if you like glaze on your donuts, this probably isn’t gonna be your thing.
