Donuts are fresh, the lines are not long and the atmosphere is chill. I would say they should clean the tables and the restaurant more often. The tables were not clean when I visited this store.

Not very friendly . cold coffee I bought some donuts and coffee and when asked for glass of water . i was refused Asked me dollar for plain water . Bad customer service

Is the cup half empty or half full is the question here? It's the same thing. I love their donuts, tried a couple here which were really really sweet.When I lifted up my medium pumpkin spice latte, it felt so light as if they forgot to add the coffee in the cup. Tasted different than I remembered. Service people were super nice, so I just took it and left. Dunkin is more of a disappointment to the quality of goods here, not the great service.

I have been to alot of locations previously and this by far is my favorite one. Cecily is very professional and I'm very thankful for her service and making sure my order was correct! Thank you again!

See my update at the end . Not sure what this is. Snot? Oh my god. Right now I'm disgusted Beyond Compare. I ordered a French cruller. I took a bite I felt something cool on my lip and the first thing I thought was somebodies snot. I immediately went back in and showed the manager. She said she has no idea what it is they have nothing in their place that looks like that and assured me that people wear gloves. I explained to her that snot does not come from gloves. She said that she looked at it and she doesn't know what it is. Absolutely disgusting she asked if I wanted another color or anything else and I said absolutely not. This place is a block from my house and I will never step foot in here again. So I did make a call to the headquarters. A man named Tarak Shah called me who said he was a regional manager or something like that. He offered me. Are you ready? A $25 gift certificate. Now who out there would eat someone else's not for 25 bucks. I told him no thank you. I would rather let people know what's going on with Dunkin instead of using his $25 gift certificate. Wow. Maybe this is an everyday occurrence
