Clean restraint with nice staff and I know prices are probably preset by corporate but I won’t be back because a refill in a 24oz cup shouldn’t be over 1.25. I paid about 3.50 for a refill! You lost my business. I’ll go to the convenient store/gas station or truck stop and stil get fresh ground coffee. Peace I’m out like Nicole.

The staff is so rude!! Just drove through for 6 donuts and she said “that is not what I’m asking”??? I’m like what?? I just said half a dozen chocolate donuts, do I really need to ask if it is customized or not?? Ordered at Sep 8th 6pm

The coffee tasted like burnt sewer water, as did the latte my wife received. The unsweetened ice tea was cloudy and had the same nasty taste. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had issues with this Dunkin. I would avoid this establishment!

Ordered my drink. Got to the window and the cashier tried to give me something completely different. When I didn’t take it and mentioned that isn’t the drink that I ordered (which I had already paid for), I was told that they didn’t have the drink (that was clearly on their menu). I told them I didn’t want the random drink they tried to pawn off on me and that I wanted a refund. They told me no. Don’t even bother with this place.

Contrary to all these reviews I’ve never had an issue here. I usually place the order on the app and just pick it up through the drive thru. Yes, it’s not Starbucks with the friendly greeting but what do you expect I feel like every Dunkin is the same where they are straight to the point. Every time I order here it’s right, except for once they handed me another “justin” order, but I went back and they corrected it. She did ask if I drank from it which may be concerning-I did not but I hope they wouldn’t give it out. Hopefully it was remade.

Horrible customer service. I myself work in a food chain and seeing workers be this nasty is insane.

If you want people to make your drinks (or fulfill your orders in general) right, DO NOT COME HERE. The people working here are extremely rude and it is as if they get everything wrong to just piss you off.
Specifically asked for a donut and said MULTIPLE times which one I wanted- they got that wrong? How can you get that wrong???? I also ordered a small drink and they gave me a medium and CHARGED ME FOR A MEDIUM?? I repeated “small” a million times. Dude even kept sighing and rolling his eyes lmfao

Mcdonalds workers are under x100 times the pressure yet would still deliver the correct items. If you want a good drink, go to Starbucks. If you want good service, go anywhere except here.

whoever was working the drive thru this AM needs an attitude adjustment. upon pulling up, we were “greeted” with a snarky “can i help you?”
no warm welcome. and even though there was nobody behind us we were rushed through our order. when we went to pay, no smile, just an irritated expression BUT I’M GONNA ALWAYS GET MY DUNKIN REWARDS so we showed the QR code and swiftly handed off our payment card. our order was partly handed over so we were situating the drinks when the lady at the window snapped “grab the card please!” still no car behind us “pull up!” (so we could wait for our bacon) i would just really love not being screamed at while grabbing drinks/a snack… and for whoever runs this location- tell your employees its okay to breathe, smile, take their time. i never go to this location anymore and today i was rudely reminded why

I think this Dunkin needs some refresher courses. This might be the first location I’ve ever gotten burnt coffee at a Dunkin. It is so bitter that the after taste is like I’m drinking a pack of cigarettes (and I don’t smoke). The bagel bites were ice cold - not warmed up. We also ordered a strawberry drink, it was so sour it’s like they forgot to put the sugar even though I asked for it the regular way.

Would definitely not recommend this location unless they can fix some of these issues!
