Can’t get anything right ordered a coolata that tasted terrible!!!! Was literally just ice and a little syrup incredibly disappointed. The staff is really rude too and have no idea what they’re doing it seems. This Dunkin should be shut down

This store is ran by a bunch of people who genuinely don’t care about anything other than making it through the day. Every single drink I’ve ordered is the absolute worst Dunkin’ drink I’ve had. My last and final straw with this store in particular is when I ordered a drink and I went outside and tried it and it was extremely sweet I wanted to go back in and ask for one with just one pump of whatever they use just to find the doors locked at 12:40 20 minutes before close. He comes to the door to tell me they shut everything down and there’s nothing they can do. These people suck at their job and should consider new occupations

I cannot be more FRUSTRATED with this location— they CONSTANTLY close early, by at least 20 minutes. It’s 12:40pm and the entire store is shut down and cleaned up with the lights off. I refuse to continue to give this place my business. So disappointing that they cannot even stay open until their closing time (1pm most days.) This is at least the fourth time I have gone here and they are closed early.

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts and it’s unfortunate that I live only five minutes away. While it's nice to walk there in the summer, it’s just not worth it. They consistently close earlier than the hours posted, which is frustrating. Their doughnut selection is always poor, no matter what time of day you visit. It feels like there are hardly any doughnuts left at all. To top it off, the staff is rude every single time. You genuinely feel like you're inconveniencing them by coming in to spend money on coffee and donuts. It’s a real shame because I had hoped this would be a reliable spot, but it just falls short every time.

Owner is extremely rude, coffee taste terrible, and overall terrible customer service. Visited a couple times due to walking distance from my home and each time she is rude, once was on the phone while taking my order. Appears aggressive often and not helpful when asking guidance for menu/coupons. It is extremely inconvenient that they close at 1 PM.Refuse to go back here again after trying to give them multiple chance.
This place is horrible. The lady who is always there at the register is snippy and rude. I ordered a medium hot coffee and the cup was extremely hot. I asked the lady for a sleeve or another cup to double cup it so my hand wouldn't burn and she said "we don't do that." I said what? My hand is burning. She then looked overly annoyed and handed me a short water cup which wasn't even the same size. The lady was so cheap and obviously didn't want to lose out of the cents the same size cup probably cost. Obviously they are only worried about cutting costs over safety or happy customers. I won't be returning.

They are never open. They locked yeh doors way before the closing time and don't pickup the phone. Bad customer service , always messing up my order. Hours of operation are like few hours a day in.the morning, not worth yourbusiness.
