I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987. I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese. In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.' Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.

Everything besides donuts are always overcooked and bland. And they charge you $$ for water. I mean it’s only $1 but it is so absurd and they know it. They always say, that’ll be one dollar for water, like they are embarrassed that their franchise owner would charge for water that is usually free most places.

This is our local Dunkin' that we've been going to for years. We are big fans of the donuts. But the past two times we've gone (Dec '24/Jan '25), the donuts are clearly old (at least a day old). They are hard/crusty. I know Dunkin' has been making their donuts offsite and bringing them to stores daily for years. I have no problem with that. But, at least at this location, they have to be selling the donuts more than a day before tossing them. We're going to try a different location next time to see if this is a problem with this location or a new policy of all stores.

Can't make a Pumpkin Spice latte to save their lives! Horrible… they tried twice and could not make it right. Super friendly staff… but horrible latte. Waste of my hard-earned money. : /

Hello all. I usually write positive reviews but this one will not be as such. I was a patron of the drive through tonight around 7pm. I requested a decaf hot coffee with some cream and sugar. Nothing extensive. The man (mid 30s?) who was running the window was rude, no hello, just told me how much I owe. I wasn't pleased but not offended at that point. He then took my money and when I said keep the change, he said "yea"... no thank you, no smile, no write contact, nothing. Then he proceeded to hand me my coffee still not making any form of eye contact.. just kept looking at the register. Odd. But the worst part is that the coffee was old and cold. It was disgusting! I wasted $5.00. Will you? Good luck.

They don't even deserve a one-star. The workers in there are completely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, the workers gave me nothing but attitude when they couldn't figure out how to ring my order up right. The workers continued sarcastically speaking to me. I will not ever return there & will let everyone know that this location. Is the most rudest & unprofessional Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to.
