I don’t understand why the cashier stands at the register and stares at me while I choose the donuts, and once I’m finished ordering, she will THEN go to the donuts to fill up the box. But the problem is that she doesn’t remember which donuts I just chose! And she’s very rude, plus I struggled to hear and understand her, so it’s frustrating that I now have to order everything all over again, all while the other 2 employees just stand there looking at me, making it an awkward experience (and I wasn’t yelling or making a scene, but I felt like they were looking at me like I had 2 heads or something).The solution is for the cashier to get the donuts AS I’m ordering! And for the other employees to either help her out or go do some other work. Not a good experience. No smiles. No customer service. Awkward af. Just bad all around. I won’t be going back!

Anyone notice that they NEVER give you a full cup of coffee? Sometimes, the cup is only filled 3/4 of the way. I thought maybe it was because I ordered through the drive-thru, so I went in this time. Nope, same result.

Unfortunately this is the Dunkin closest to me…. But I am never greeted with good customer service or a pleasant smile.They always forget to give me my items , so I have to drive back and get it. The ladies who work there are very rude and look like they don’t wanna be there. I’ve only had one good experience with a guy who was the opposite of them who worked here. I wish he was there more often.

This is easily the best Dunkin around. They have the fastest service, the best tasting coffee, and really kind employees. Riya is the most lovely employee, and it’s always a joy to see her at the window!!

Dunkin Donuts on Naper Blvd and Hobson. I am a regular drive-up customer of their place, and was not happy the last time I was there. I asked for a drink for my son and I said NO ICE PLEASE. Immediately I was charged an additional 50 cents which is their NO ICE CHARGE. I was like what the heck?I asked why am I getting charged 50 cents more? Well I was told it was due to the fact I would get more of the actual drink without the ice in the cup, and therefore I must pay more. This is the tackiest thing I have ever heard! For all the money I normally spend there, I felt insulted by this additional charge. I am no longer giving them my business, and now they have lost a customer.

The cashier at the counter was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this store as they tell you a lot of information about the food they sell and they have good donuts. They really go the extra mile to make things right. Their coffee is also very delicious. I will happily continue to come here. I have had exceptional service at Dunkin' Donuts in this particular location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I've been there and they are the most ignorant and rudest people ever!! Always wanting to get smart and sarcastic with the customers. One second they don't ask anything, get your order and give it.....the next they ask all these questions, that have never been asked before, and then wanna get rude with you when you dont know how to answer. I didn't tell you to work at the place, didn't fill out your job application and didn't force you to accept the offer to work there, so the ignorance and rudeness isn't needed!! I won't be going bk to this establishment (not that they care anyway). I don't know how they have a 4.0 cause it should be a 1.0 rating!
