Ordered 2 Turkey, cheese & egg croissants & munchkins. The cashier was rude, pushy & unyieldingly annoying, rushing my order. She took my Visa gift card with what I believe had a few dollars on it to apply to the balance & never gave it back after telling me it was declined. The munchkins were thrown away-tasted like glue & the croissants were burned on the edges. They forced us around the corner & then forced us to move up even further. Very stressful beginning to my day-Goodbye!!

9/5/25 2pm @ Drive Thru. This is the United States of America, and our first language is English not Spanish! Get someone at the drive thru who speaks fluent English! All I wanted was an ice tea. The jerk on speaker taking orders was speaking Spanish and I kept saying I don’t understand you. I went to the drive thru window, and I told him I couldn’t understand a word he said. Suddenly he could speak English, and with a cocky attitude he said, “well this is how I talk and everyone else can understand me”. Extremely poor customer service. First and last time at this Dunkin’!

I visited this place around 4pm went inside and there was not a single person in there , they even have drive through window with no one there. We tried to call if someone is inside but no answer. This is the first dunkin donut i have seen like this. Looks like they are trying to go first unmanned dunkin in the world.

Came to pick up 12 donuts and a gallon of coffee today. Was in a hurry and did not pay attention to how much I paid..wow...$44 for dozen????????? Seriously? Also, it was not a gallon of coffee...it was filled by 70% max. My first and last experience with this place.

Insanely inconsistent. I always get the same thing: iced decaf coffee with milk. Sometimes it's just a splash of milk, other times it is the same color as my kid's latte, sometimes somewhere in between. Sometimes they give me regular instead of decaf - many people order decaf for *medical* reasons! Kid always gets a plain bagel, "not toasted". Often they toast it! Sometimes she gets the wrong kind of bagel! Sesame seed and multi grain: the words aren't close and the bagels look completely different - how do they get mixed up?! We are here once a week, always order on the app to guarantee I ordered correctly. Gonna start going out of our way to elsewhere because this is ridiculous, it's not that hard to read a ticket and do it right! The regular coffee 2 of the past 3 visits when the ticket clearly says "decaf" is unacceptable! (Those 2 visits were different days and completely different times, so unlikely the same person).
Parking: The parking lot is ONE WAY! There is a sign at the entrance "no left turn"! Turn right, then loop around back to Dunkin, using the lane in the middle of the lot (it's all 1-way, but essentially a figure 8 shaped lot). I'm tired of people going the wrong way and almost causing crashes - especially at the entrance/exit to the parking lot! Turning left to save 30 seconds isn't faster if you cause a crash!! Plus you save zero time if you're trying to get to the drive thru, which you won't find if you've never been here before and go the wrong way. Turn right and loop around: if you do want the drive thru, it's clearly marked and easy to see.

Worst experience at a Dunkin donuts I have ever experienced! Went there with my family around 4pm Sunday 9/22/24 and the person working there was awful, we had to yell for her a couple times because she was nowhere in sight. Other customers were waiting at the counter and they just left. We could see the drive-thru so we knew she wasn't making coffee at times. She refused to allow us to use the restroom by saying she lost the key & we dined in; same with the other customers, she told them the same thing and they dined-in. Just awful! I would not recommend going inside that place, I will not be going back!
