Came to pick up 12 donuts and a gallon of coffee today. Was in a hurry and did not pay attention to how much I paid..wow...$44 for dozen????????? Seriously? Also, it was not a gallon of coffee...it was filled by 70% max. My first and last experience with this place.

Insanely inconsistent. I always get the same thing: iced decaf coffee with milk. Sometimes it's just a splash of milk, other times it is the same color as my kid's latte, sometimes somewhere in between. Sometimes they give me regular instead of decaf - many people order decaf for *medical* reasons! Kid always gets a plain bagel, "not toasted". Often they toast it! Sometimes she gets the wrong kind of bagel! Sesame seed and multi grain: the words aren't close and the bagels look completely different - how do they get mixed up?!
We are here once a week, always order on the app to guarantee I ordered correctly. Gonna start going out of our way to elsewhere because this is ridiculous, it's not that hard to read a ticket and do it right! The regular coffee 2 of the past 3 visits when the ticket clearly says "decaf" is unacceptable! (Those 2 visits were different days and completely different times, so unlikely the same person).

Parking: The parking lot is ONE WAY! There is a sign at the entrance "no left turn"! Turn right, then loop around back to Dunkin, using the lane in the middle of the lot (it's all 1-way, but essentially a figure 8 shaped lot). I'm tired of people going the wrong way and almost causing crashes - especially at the entrance/exit to the parking lot! Turning left to save 30 seconds isn't faster if you cause a crash!! Plus you save zero time if you're trying to get to the drive thru, which you won't find if you've never been here before and go the wrong way. Turn right and loop around: if you do want the drive thru, it's clearly marked and easy to see.

Worst experience at a Dunkin donuts I have ever experienced! Went there with my family around 4pm Sunday 9/22/24 and the person working there was awful, we had to yell for her a couple times because she was nowhere in sight. Other customers were waiting at the counter and they just left. We could see the drive-thru so we knew she wasn't making coffee at times. She refused to allow us to use the restroom by saying she lost the key & we dined in; same with the other customers, she told them the same thing and they dined-in. Just awful! I would not recommend going inside that place, I will not be going back!

On 6/15/24, I was heading to an appointment that was at 7:45am.
Left the house and immediately placed an online order (1 breakfast sandwich, 2 hashbrown bits, and 1 large iced coffee). Arrived the location 10-11 minutes later. Pulled up and they said it was ready, and to come to window.
At window, they had to hurry making my drink. They then said my food was not ready and to pull around to side of building. As I'm waiting, I can see them making numerous other orders, but somehow I continued to wait for a full six minutes. Now, I'm pretty sure the hot food ingredients are cooked/warmed in advance. But to wait a full six minutes is ridiculous, seeing as I ordered way in advance.

I attempted to speak with the complaints department to get a reimbursement, but was told that I should have just been patient and waited.

The girl is very rude not giving restroom keys I asked too many times final I walked out from store and this is my first time to come to Dunkin coffee was too worst too I don’t think she don’t know how to make coffee. I will tell to people and my friends who come to this store don’t come go and try Mc Donald’s hot mocha

I stopped by the drive thru. I waited about 4min in silence. Checked Google to make sure they were open as it is Sunday, 7:22 PM.Google says open. I say “hello” and was instructed by the employee to giver her a “moment.”There were no cars in the drive thru or parking lot.Waited another few minutes before I drove away. As I drove past the window, I noticed the employee sitting in a corner, on her phone.

This location has very bad customer service , and my food was terrible. It was cold still and just thrown together. I’m not sure who the young lady is for morning cashier but she is very rude. I will not return to this location.
