I payed $13 for 2 drinks and a sandwich, my coffee was made poorly by the lady PRAVEG, I went back because I noticed my coffee didn’t even have a label of what I ordered, I kindly asked if she could remake it the way I ordered it and asked me to pay more of what I already did. This is not the first time that this has happened. I drive to this location because it’s closer to my home but I will definitely be driving to a further location.

I asked for my drink remade because it was completely wrong - the woman at the drive up window was not only extremely rude but she 100% went into the back, didn’t remake my drink, and gave me the same drink back in the same cup and everything.

This Dunkin’ on Wheaton & Warrenville...it's connected to that BP...Holy THANK THE LORD....They get it! Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. It’s giving efficiency, caffeine, and good vibes. Easily one of the best Dunkins in the area — no notes, just love.

I'm at electrician and I do a lot of work at nights at the international fresh market on Ogden and 59 and I always see a bunch of dunkin' donuts on Ogden cuz I take that from Melrose Park but I only stop at the one here because of the service that they have. Shifa is a very good person and worker,Ithink that's how you spell her name.Shifa is an excellent person., Every time I go in she's always smiling,she's very respectful,she is up excellent person.. Every time I go in there she has my coffee ready for me with my one cream and she always makes me smile when I leave there,she's very professional. matter of fact I thought she was the owner of the dunkin' donuts and it turns out she's just works there.. I told her she should someday open her own dunkin' donuts because she's so young and professional that I can imagine her doing very well with her own franchise someday. It's my favorite dunkin' donuts to stop at when I work nights.

I've been to this particular location numerous times and I have to say it's one of the most efficient locations. Haris at the drive thru is polite and fast which is a great combo.
