Terrible customer service! The manager Alfonzo especially rude! I had a small request and he told me the owner has 100 stores and doesn’t need my business!. Such arrogance! I’ll never go back here! Dirty store=bad management! Period!

On 08/25 11AM Drinks not even full and I asked for light ice then the lady tried to convince me there was light ice when the drink was half way full of it.

At this point we just took what we got and left. No need to be rude , it was a strawberry smoothie some how he heard mango but kept on talking under his breath about Mango as he remade it

Very bad customer service…the women employee who has taken order of us is very rude…we ordered a crossiant and medium ice caramel coffee ,they did not mix the coffee it tastes like sugar water…and the crossiant also it’s like bread not at all crispy…overall it’s very bad
