The new $5 meal with 2 breakfast wraps is AWFUL. I Ordered 1 of each and the wrap was hard as a rock - stale - that I couldn't bite through either one! They both ended up in the garbage, as even my dog would eat a bite.

This Dunkin is always clean and has a quick in and out style. I just needed a gift card for a co worker today, but have had coffee and donuts here before and, being Dunkin, they were good.

I would check your order before you leave the window. I find this location will constantly give out the wrong items. If they are out of a certain donut they'll sub it without asking. I'd love the common courtesy of letting me know they are out when I order. I don't come here often but the few times I have I'm not impressed.

Neither the person taking our order nor the one who gave our order was very friendly. Not a smile, a thank you or a have a good day. Holiday cookie latte and large coffee wasn’t filled to the top but The sausage and cheese croissant was good.:) Doesn’t cost anything to smile or to be nice to somebody but it sure does go a long way . Oh, we forgot the food in the back.

Have not had a bad experience at this location until this morning when my coffee just didn’t taste right. Not only were they more than happy to fix it and remake it but also threw in a couple donuts for my children! Top notch customer service!

In general Dunkin’ is good. This particular location it seems service is hit or miss. Today I ordered some doughnuts and an order of 5 munchkins. They were all just haphazardly thrown into a single bag together all on top of each other. It was a mess.

Today morning I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a hot latte they give you a black coffee then they say this is the hot latte one of the Mexican lady wearing green T-shirt you can ask them the owner Hey Siri, go like that. Nobody come to your store because they are paying money. They’re not taking free but they had to give you a good quality and customer service. If not ? ✈️
I went through drive-through to grab a small green tea with honey, but the lady on the speaker said she will not mix the honey, only on the side, I asked once again to confirm she will not be mixing in the honey? She said no only on the side, I said OK. That’s terrible customer service and I am pretty sure that’s not on par with Dunkin’s policies.
Somebody needs retraining.
