First time and last time here. Used my reward points on a free drink, so at least it wasn’t a complete waste. My strawberry refresher had powder and brown substance at the bottom. Glad I only had a few sips before noticing. Never had this issue at other Dunkin’s.

the guy taking our order at the drive through was a younger, taller, built man. we could barely hear him, he had me repeat the order 3 times, then when we got to the window he genuinely did not say a single word. before we left, we realized he had forget a wrap and he rolled his eyes, banged his hand on the table, then walked away. awful and rude this guy needs to be fired.

Boston creme tasted like soap! Ordered a dozen through DoorDash and half were substitutes. The worst donuts I have ever eaten. Good help is hard to find I guess cause they suck! Avoid this store.
The new $5 meal with 2 breakfast wraps is AWFUL. I Ordered 1 of each and the wrap was hard as a rock - stale - that I couldn't bite through either one! They both ended up in the garbage, as even my dog would eat a bite.

This Dunkin is always clean and has a quick in and out style. I just needed a gift card for a co worker today, but have had coffee and donuts here before and, being Dunkin, they were good.

I would check your order before you leave the window. I find this location will constantly give out the wrong items. If they are out of a certain donut they'll sub it without asking. I'd love the common courtesy of letting me know they are out when I order. I don't come here often but the few times I have I'm not impressed.

Neither the person taking our order nor the one who gave our order was very friendly. Not a smile, a thank you or a have a good day. Holiday cookie latte and large coffee wasn’t filled to the top but The sausage and cheese croissant was good.:) Doesn’t cost anything to smile or to be nice to somebody but it sure does go a long way . Oh, we forgot the food in the back.
