The staff here is completely incompetent. I have placed 23 DoorDash orders here, and 20 out of the 23 times the staff forgets to include the poached eggs in my order. The leadership team here needs to do a better job training their staff to complete the orders correctly. Don’t order from them if you are using DoorDash or another food delivery app.

I loved the lobster scrambled eggs with hollandaise and service was prompt and invisible. My only complaint was the downtown Naperville Egg Harbor location and available parking. I had to use a parking garage and walk several blocks to meet up with my friends.

Great service and breakfast spot vibe. Food was fine, very quick service. Pumpkin spice specials were amazing and I’m not someone who typically enjoys those. Would recommend

I really needed a latte ok two after a crazy few days. Omar our server go brought it out pronto. He took our order right away and the food was amazing. Coffee always amazing and hit the spot. Gave me a disposable cup to take 2nd latte with me. Pumpkin pancakes were wonderful and my daughter's oatmeal and berries were great. Service and staff were friendly and helpful.
