Our go to place for a good breakfast. To update, our last visit wasnt so great, my wife got the strawberry stuffed french toast special. Well, there was nothing special accordong to her, i could see the bread was dry, almost nothing in it. My guacamole toast was fine. Maybe it was a bad day or something, but not going to be our first choice moving forward.

I love their breakfast. I wish I could give them no stars for service. The lady who always answer the phone has the worst attitude even when they mess up your order she’ll argue like she’s right. If you do curb service you’ll sit in the car forever waiting on your food to be brought out and you’ll still have to get out and go in and get your food yourself. They even have the nerve to ask for gratuity over the phone and try to get a tip for the bad service ahead. Food is good but all I can say is Wow!

Parking: If it's somewhat difficult for parking around 10am on a weekend, it shows how good of a place it is to eat at.

I’ve been ordering from here for over 2 years and the food and customer service has declined these last couple times. Today was the draw first I was overcharged for cubed potatoes and I am certain it was not the first time. Next I go to eat before I start my son said his egg Benedict’s tasted funny and I felt bad. I hadn’t started my omelette so I insisted he get half cut it in half and I go to eat and it’s a long strand of hair. I call the restaurant and they stated it can’t be so because everyone who works in the kitchen is bald head. I knew this was a lie because as I left the restaurant going home to eat the food I saw one of the workers in the back and I was joking to my friend about him being on his phone. Manager was not sympathetic just tried to make excuses of why this can’t be true.

Went for breakfast today with family and found hair in food - this time in the cinnamon pancakes (same thing happened last time we went. Read review below)
Told the waitress about it and she said: “I don’t see it but I trust you “ . Then we could hear her talking to the cook in the back saying “this is black hair and I’m blonde so it’s not mine “.
No apologies to us about the hair. The new pancakes come out and these look burned. We don’t say anything anymore. Not sure what else to say if they’re not willing to admit the service issues. Disappointing.
To top it all off, they automatically add a 20% tip in the check even though we were only 5 people.
This will be our last time here 👎

The food is always very good, but there are nuances here and there that I notice. For example, today our coffee tasted a bit burned, we also found a small piece of hair in one of the items we ordered. When we pointed it out, they were apologetic and swiftly got us a new plate.
Once again, overall a very nice place with good people and service, if you keep your expectations average then the place will delight you

Food and service were fine, but they told me the POS system wasn’t working when they tried to charge my card so I paid in cash. Come to find on my card statement that they double charged me. I called the restaurant and they were not helpful in refunding me. I never got my money back and therefore won’t be returning.

I LOVE this diner. The food and their pancakes are so delicious. Breakfast is my favorite food and this place is also buzzy and happy. Hence why it’s always packed. I get so excited to eat at eggcited! 😂
