Complete Garbage! These people should be ashamed of themselves... We unfortunately stopped by this dump several days ago for a sandwich. We were in a hurry to get back home and thought it would be the best place to get a quick meal... Are you kidding me??????? It was the absolute worst!!! There had to be anywhere from 6-8 employees behind the counter who couldn't even handle the few customers there! While waiting 15 MINUTES for our food we saw several other customers having gotten their orders wrong. One guy actually threw the bag of food on the counter and left. Meanwhile, there were several food delivery drivers there, only to find their orders were given to someone else! When we FINALLY got our food, the bagel was barely toasted and the bacon was barely cooked. We took several bites out of our sandwiches and threw the rest out. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! When I got home, I called to contact a store manager and couldn't get anyone to pick up for at least 3-5 minutes. When the girl picked up, I asked to speak to a manager. It was quite obvious she didn't bother getting a manager, and asked if she could help. When I told her the story about the bad food and service she said, "We try our best here sir", and hung up!!!!!!!!!! But it gets even better... When I contacted Einstein Bagels online customer service they never even got back to me!!!!!!!!!!! Do Not waste your time with this DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a delivery and waited for an hour and half for the order to arrive as the store is 20 min away from me, I patiently waited until it comes only to see I did not get the bagels I ordered. ‘the standard policy is to substitute with a plain bagel when we are out of the ones that are ordered’ - this is what the store told me when I called them as to why my order was incorrect. If that is the case, least I could expect is for them to inform the same when it is out of stock. If they cannot let the customer know, they can let the driver know. The way the store responded was not at all expected from a customer perspective. They just want me to stop by if I need a free substitute. I mean it is just a bagel, why do I make mess out of it. But if it is just a bagel, why do I have to order a delivery and wait for an hour? It is important for me to order a chocolate chip bagel for my kid and manage him all morning as to why the order was delayed and until it is delivered, now I have to deal with all the tantrums. I can just stop by Dunkin and get a chocolate chip bagel. It is my bad to order from this store and get the order substituted without any info. Thanks again for your wonderful delivery service!

Extremely rude service. Employees didn’t even bother to greet us when we walked in, were rude in telling us to move up the line and didn’t even both to address a customer who cut my mother and I in line despite it being very obvious. I had to leave and didn’t even bother getting anything because I felt so uncomfortable. Very unfortunate experience; I will not be coming back. Don’t recommend.

Had a great time getting the day started in the heart of Downtown Naperville. This place has been there for years!! Friendly service today and served up quickly, Einstein was just what I needed today!

The staff here is very welcoming and efficient and my bagel and cream cheese came out quickly. The only downside was it was an extremely hot day and there was no bottled water for sale that I could see, or any other drinks that didn't have sugar or caffeine. Plus there was no instore dining - by the time I got to my vehicle as there was NO parking even close due to construction my bagel was lukewarm.

Einstein Bros. Bagels seems to be getting worse. Food is very underwhelming. Plasticky. Just seems like microwaved processed junk. It can be considered food but don’t expect a great bagel.
