I visit this shop often and recently I see employees do not attend the customer in queue quickly. I had to wait for 10 minutes at the register to give my order while shop had 6-7 customers only, I had to call several times for employee to get attention.

Ridiculous. I ordered on the app and paid for a muffin and didn’t receive it.. my bagels was supposed to be sliced thin and it was not. Honestly a waste of money lol

Ordered half an hour in advance. Literally nothing from my order was even worked on in that time. No sense in going to a place that can’t even keep track of its orders.

When we walked in there was no order people were just standing around we didn't know where the line started or ended. You could tell the air wasn't working because it was very hot in there I felt bad for the employees that were running around making people's orders. Despite the chaos of trying to find the end of the line and where to order the food was really good!
