They have a great atmosphere, incredible sand which options. Our favorite is the brisket and egg sandwich which comes with a aioli sauce.

Love coming here over the weekend, and specifically my favorite is toasted Cranberry bagel with honey almond ?The best part or if I say the spirit of this location is their staff; Arely, Bonnie, Orally, Sarah, Stella and Ted! They always welcome you with a big smile and joyful mood, and it’s contagious, makes your days start with energy and excitement ?Looking forward for my visit ❤️

My wife and I used to go there every week for breakfast and it was a decent place but not anymore. This location is great but the place itself is absolutely out of shape, it looks disgusting, floors are dirty and I don’t know who would ever want to eat anything there inside. It must be renovated or just shut down, it’s embarrassing for downtown Naperville.

I really appreciated the fine attitude and customer service at the Naperville Einstein Bagels location. Megan and her assistant(don’t remember her name)despite their being extremely busy maintained a pleasant and cheerful attitude. I did not see this at another Einstein location. Great job ladies.

This was my first time at this location and it was the worst. I’m sorry but I ordered four pizza bagels and it looked like a child made them, some of them didn’t even have cheese. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location.

Over all I’d rate the bagels 5/5, staff I’d give a 3/5 they are friendly but I wouldn’t say they go above and beyond like a great employee should. Or maybe my complaint should be for the corporate who is setting the prices bagels are good but for 6 bagels 2 of which had 4 peices of bacon and a muffin was 27Like dam at home a 1/4 pound of bacon would be like $3

Enjoyed a bagel and shmear this morning with a friend. So tasty and fresh! More importantly shoutout to Megan for fantastic service and attitude! She helped brighten the morning :) Will definitely be back, but wish they'd bring an Einstein to the Lockport area!

Food quality was so disappointing and a sin to even look at. $50.00 addition to the garbage disposal.

We've been loyal customers for years and years at this location. It was a Saturday morning breakfast staple. Understand why seating was eliminated during Covid, but stopping in to grab and go now just isn't the same... or worth traveling in for. Especially since dining area sits dirty, shabby and vacant while you struggle to balance your coffee and bagel on a park bench outside in the elements. If new business model is only take away, I wish they'd free up this prime downtown real estate for another sit down business to occupy. Bagels still great, but only freshest if you're there first thing.

Bagels are always fresh and delicious. Usually a busy location but parking is easy to find. Bummer they have closed indoor seating because I like to go with the little ones in the morning. Hoping they'll reopen it soon! Staff is always friendly though and even when it's busy you get in and out quickly!
