From the very beginning, Molly and Elements delivered. Molly's exquisite attention to detail and personal touches helped us stay on track as she greatly navigated us through not only the venue but virtually the entire planning process! Molly was professional, organized, flexible, and always had a smile on her face ready for us, especially when it got really close to the big day. Her organization and committment were top notch, and her tremendous work with us culminated into our dream wedding day. We also thank Chef George, bartender, wait staff and the entire Elements crew for their hard work in making our day superb. The food was of the highest quality, and we very much appreciated the fact that all the food was served at the same time to each table. Not to mention that we were able to taste additional food items during our tasting (including wine), compliments of Elements. Bravo! 10/10 recommend this venue.

We highly recommend Elements at Water Street. We worked with Molly, who was wonderful, for our son’s rehearsal dinner. The room was gorgeous. Molly and her team provided a beautiful candle centerpiece. The food and service led by Victor was excellent.
Went to a wedding a few weeks ago. Wow it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say everything was perfect! Molly was absolutely wonderful. She was on top of everything! The food was fantastic. The service was great and the bartenders always had a smile and didn’t keep us waiting at all! If you’re lucky enough to get invited to an event here, make sure and ask the bartender Rich to tell you one of his jokes! He definitely had some good ones! Thanks everyone for such a great time! The bride and groom had the best time of all! I hope to get invited back for another event soon!! Sherry
Wedding planning process with Molly Flowers was amazinggggggg. We had such a fun time at the food tasting and were very impressed with the organization. Professionalism was off the charts and the venue is beautiful. Would recommend Molly and Elements 10x over!!!!
I had my wedding there, and I would not recommend them. During my reception, my day of planner, which they said would be present during the entire wedding, disappeared. I, the bride, had to look for wait staff to ask for things. Food was rushed out to us, and they did not refill anyone's water or wine during the dinner, which they said would be provided, and the food did not taste like anything from the second tasting. We had two tastings because when we did the first one, the food tasted extremely salty. Additionally, when the reception was finished, I didn't see any staff in the room. I'm disappointed with how my wedding turned out, and again, would not recommend them.
This place has potential however my experience there was not great. During our first tasting the food came put over salted, maybe should have made more of a stink about it, cuz we were understanding and came back for a second one that was better.. However, day of the wedding the quality of the food was inconsistent. The wait staff felt very rushed, they were everywhere and nowhere. I had to go into the kitchen multiple times to track someone down, first because our table was missing a seat, second for a diet coke, third for more water. They only seemed interested in getting through dinner service as fast as possible. The wine service while seating was almost non existent. After that the dancing started. Everything was going OK, until they started clearing the tables. Center pieces and all more than an hour and a half prior to the event being over. Then à wait staff dropped a glass on the corner of the dance floor and instead of cleaning it up they literally just put a caution sign over it. They were additional minor things as well that we were told would be accommodated/easy todo that also fell through the cracks. When we brought this to the owners attention he was not receptive to our complaints, despite doing his own investigation into the matter and finding proof that all the physical stuff (food not up to par, decor taken down, not cleaning the dance floor, etc.) If you go with elements make sure you ride them / go a bit Bridezilla so they're at the top of their game.
Unprofessional wait staff, racing in to throw plates done but can't refill a war glass. Sub par food serviced. No wine service provided. Broke down centerpieces and table cloths a minimum of an hour until the end of th
e reception. Management and staff did not care they were destroying the wedding. So many basic mistakes made. It was a stressful evening because of all the errors. Run far away- do not use.
I would give negative stars if possible. Held my daughter's wedding here. They failed on so many basic levels.
The food was horrible. It was nothing like presented at the tasting. My beef was NOT seasoned at all and it was well done to the point of overdone and tough. The red wine glaze that should have been on the meat was water around the rim of the plate which soak into the yukon potatoes turning them into a paste and the asparagus were complete mush. The other guests at my table had similar plates presented to them.
The wine service at dinner was non-existent. After a single pour all the bartenders disappeared. Three bartenders for 15 tables yet no service.
The waitstaff ran in and out of the room as if in a race threw plates on the table and then disappeared. Not once did anyone follow up to check on a table to see if anything was needed.
Center pieces were removed from tables well over an hour before the end of the reception despite the fact that people were sitting and visiting at said tables. I walked off the dance floor to see that the room had been stripped of all decor and some tables had even had the tablecloths removed.
Overall an extremely disappointing experience.
Went to a wedding here in July. Very under-impressed by the service of this venue. Staff is rude and unfriendly. I thought the food would be great since this place is owned by a chef, but the steak was obviously just mass cooked in a pan and not even seared. At one point, a glass was dropped on the dance floor by staff and they didn’t even clean up the glass! They just put a wet floor sign down and left it there for 30 minutes. Wine service was nonexistent, though I know the couple paid for it. The bride was stressed out because the event planner was nowhere to be found. They started packing up table decor at 9:30pm and the wedding wasn’t even over!
You can’t redo your wedding so PLEASE think twice before choosing this place. They have a lot of good reviews, but obviously a great wedding can’t be guaranteed here.
Attended a wedding here and was utterly underwhelmed. A server crossed the dance floor and spilled a tray of glasses. It's hard to emphasize how unsafe that was. The sauce on my main course was runny and the asparagus looked like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Annoyingly the server started to clear everything from our table while we were still seated and engaged in conversation--making us feel like we should leave even though the reception was no near being over.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We just had our wedding at Elements and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—from the hors d’oeuvres to the dinner, everything was delicious.
A huge shoutout to Molly, who ran the event and was honestly like a built-in day-of coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly and helped with all of our decorations, which turned out beautifully. Molly went above and beyond to make our day so special. I would recommend Elements to anyone planning a wedding or any kind of event. It was perfect from start to finish!
Mother’s Day, brunch, was kind of a shit show. When they said seafood extravaganza, that’s what I was expecting. For them that match shrimp, muscles, and a little bit of salmon. The rest was standard breakfast buffet stuff. And like a standard breakfast buffet, it was cold. Which was really surprising because we were among the first people to be seated. So the food must’ve been cold before it came out because we were there when they took the top off the buffet trays of food. Took forever to get a check out, I literally had to find a manager, and asked them to find the lady who took my card bc she had been gone a very long time! At least 20 minutes.
All in all, it was not a $249 brunch for 3.

I cannot recommend Molly Flowers and the team at Elements enough. We had our reception here in March and were very happy with the food, the space and how great everything ran. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful everything was- it truly was the perfect venue for us.
Elements at Water Street ensured we had the wedding of our dreams. The staff was so efficient, we knew we didn't have to worry about anything at all. The day went off without a hitch, after just a few very organized meetings to set everything up. We cannot recommend this venue enough!
