Great place to have a wedding or even a baby shower! Great group of people here.

We had our wedding here December 2nd,2023. Molly was our coordinator she was very pleasant & it seemed like she had everything on point. Having your wedding here is convenient with being right in the middle of downtown Naperville with salon, coffee shops & breakfast a walking distance. Being connected to a hotel was very convenient ( bridal suite was gorgeous). It was verrrry expensive $25k for 120 people for food, bar, service & room rentals as to why we had very high hopes, but only things that bothered me was in our cocktail hour room it was suppose to be H & J displayed on the bookcase (that was our wedding logo which was posted everywhere on our table cards, menus, etc) so I'm not sure why it was H & G, very embarrassing. My mother's memorial set up was suppose to be on their bookcase, but they set it up on a table. Our welcome sign was decorated with Christmas ornaments instead of only candles, our favor table, etc. Mainly stuff that was talked about and planned out 3 times was completely different on our wedding day, so my advice would be take pictures of exactly how you want everything displayed and print out photos for them. They have other people set up your wedding in the late morning/afternoon. And only give them what they need to set up at your reception a couple days before, nothing else because you cannot access anything on wedding day morning they have elements locked up from the hotel. Our food was okay it was cold by the time we sat down and we never got to eat our cake unfortunately besides the cake cutting, but yes I suppose there are flaws in everything, nothing will ever be perfect ?

I am a wedding officiant, I go to alot of venues and Elements is amazing. Their directors are wonderful! Their staff It’s wonderful at their jobs. This is a very creative, beautiful venue. Generally I do not stay for dinner however, the Groom’s mom insisted and boy am I glad I did. The food is absolutely positively delicious. Hands-down, I would suggest elements for your reception. Also, across the street is. Naper Settlement, if you want to be married in a chapel and then go to elements for your reception, it’s a perfect match!!??????❤️

Went to wedding. Room was long and narrow. If looking at this place check design. Main table was a long way from most tables.Food ok and place clean.

I have to say, I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I just had my sister's bridal shower at Elements this weekend. From the beginning of the inquiry/booking process it couldn't have gone smoother. Brianna is fantastic to work with and is very responsive and helpful. We used the river room for our shower of 40 people. The room itself is gorgeous. The carpets are black with beautiful large grey flowers and there are wood toned beams throughout the space with floor to ceiling windows on the one side with views of the Riverwalk. I chose two hot appetizers and a charcuteri board and a plated meal. The bacon wrapped dates and pork belly lollipops were succulent and delicious. The cheese was fresh and the dried figs were such a sweet touch. The cesar salad was so good with the best croutons ever. The meal was chicken picatta, glazed carrots and roasted potatoes and every person pretty much cleaned their plate with how delicious it all was. The show stopper was the creme brulee with fruit topping... It was INCREDIBLE with bits of vanilla bean. It was the star! The service was fantastic and we only had compliments regarding everyone's experience. My decor worked perfect in the space and I loved that I got a floor plan print out so I could envision where it would all be. I work in the wedding industry and will definitely recommend this beautiful venue.

We had our wedding at Elements in May and I couldn't be happier with the venue and all the staff. Molly and Brianna were so helpful throughout the whole planning process up until the big day; they are great! Also, the food is amazing!!! We had so much compliments on the food. Definitely much more quality compared to most (if not all) venues I have been to. Elements is so nice and modern and at a prime location, everything around it is beautiful including the hotel. We are SO happy we chose this venue!

We just had our wedding here in September with about 145 guest. Elements was exceptional! All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. The reception room is such a pretty room, I don’t have our photos back just yet but it was stunning once everything was set up. You cannot beat the location, the windows overlook the river and it’s such a convenient place for guest, with it being attached to the hotel. There’s also plenty of bars and restaurants for guests to hang out after the ceremony before cocktail hour starts. The last thing I want to praise is Molly and her staff. I still cannot stop thinking about how nice, helpful and understanding Molly was! She was so personable and always made us feel comfortable when making decisions. She genuinely wanted us to have the best day possible, I’m so glad we had her that day she went above and beyond for us! Bottom line if you’re considering having your wedding here DO IT!

5 stars! If you are considering Elements for your special event, especially wedding, we could not recommend them more highly! Molly and the staff provide excellent service both to you as the client and to guests. It is truly a hidden gem perfectly situated with Hotel Indigo right across the skybridge and all of downtown Naperville located conveniently right there. If you are looking for a unique, classy, and elegant space, then this is it. While there are many excellent venues, here are some of what really stood out for me about Elements:-We stopped by multiple times over the two YEARS we were planning and were always accommodated and greeted warmly.-Molly personally ensured that we (the couple) ate and enjoyed the appetizers and food at our own wedding. And it is delicious, so well worth it!-All special items we dropped off to the venue were personally handled by the staff and then packed up and ready to go for us on a trolley the day after, so we did not have to worry about setting up anything the day before or packing up anything the day after. We enjoyed the space so much, we returned to the venue for brunch the following morning. We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Elements.

Mother's Day Brunch was phenomenal! Beautifully decorated, Food stations that would have covered every persons preference. The food itself was absolutely delicious and presentation of tables was incredible. Highly recommended!

This is a very beautiful venue. We first experienced it when my parents had their 40th anniversary party here and the staff did a wonderful job. We then just returned to try their Mother's Day brunch and we really enjoyed it. Each staff member that we interacted couldn't have been nicer. It was decorated beautifully, maybe just a little dark. A little more light would have been nice. There was a very large selection of food and I liked most of it. And they were nice enough to treat each mother with a treat to take home. I highly recommend Elements for any special event.
