. I had the strangest experience here. I was kicked out because of a mix-up with someone else’s chicken tenders—they claimed I somehow ordered two of them, even though all I had were two drinks. Instead of clarifying the situation, the staff chose to remove me, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
I’ve never been treated this way anywhere else. If this is how they handle minor misunderstandings, I can’t recommend this place. There are plenty of spots that treat their customers with basic courtesy and respect.

Young crowd as expected, not sure the purpose of the bathroom attendant. There wasn't a tip bucket and she just sat on a chair and offered hand sanitizer

This place is a disaster. My chair fell apart when I sat in it. Food was terrible. Taco salad was a bed of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese and tomatoes and some weird sweet chilli. The chicken sandwich was a dry frozen chicken breast that you get from GFS. The steak fajita wrap was filled with 90% lettuce and three skinny strips of tough steak. The mens room was DISGUSTING! The sink is held together with duct tape, the tile for sink was covered in black mold and the paper towel holder was all covered in runst and all bent up. Stay away! Go to the Lantern, or Jackson Avenue Tap. 100% better food and atmosphere.

Lobster bisque soup very salty, chili was sweet, my fajita steak wrap was mostly lettuce. Had 4 small pieces of steak, charged extra for condiments, no free refills on soft drinks. Mop strings on the floor, bathrooms are a whole other post. Sad a Naperville downtown restaurant was this awful.

Really good environment. Food was fast and fresh and service was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend for a very chill date night. Went around 730 and environment was very chill and calm.
