Just what I look for in an Italian restaurant. No strange words that I don't understand on the menu. Everything is just as it seems, and the food was delicious. Service was perfectly attentive and the noise level was just fine. An all around wonderful dinner experience. I will go back.

Wood seats/ bench going down middle of venue are too high. I was five inches higher than those across from me. Very uncomfortable and unnecessary. This could be easily fixed. Until that's fixed I won't go back. Awful ambiance because of this and awkward.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Worth the drive from the northwest suburbs. The Detroit style pizza is delicious and tonight I tried the Eggplant Parmesan. They even have a Vegan pizza. Best I've ever had. Don't miss out on Fiamme.

The service was excellent, thanks, Alexi. The food was a great portion and Hot! Probably $20-30 a person with an appetizer. We didn't get alcohol at the table.
I absolutely love the food here. However, we had a reservation tonight for my birthday. It was 97 degrees today. I walked into the restaurant and it was 93 degrees!!!! (per employee who read thermostat) The AC was broken. The restaurant stayed open despite the sweltering indoor temp, and I was left to figure out a literal in the moment new place to go for my birthday, as no one had the courtesy to call and let me know about the broken AC. But what is even worse is that they made the staff stay!!!! They were melting!! It is not healthy or safe to be working in that type of heat. Who's going to eat there anyway in that heat? As much as I love the food, I will opt for places that treat their staff like valuable human beings. And somewhere that won't ruin my birthday plans.

My overall experience was good. Please be advised parking is hard to find , I had to park 1.5 blocks away from the restaurant due to parking lot shortage. I reserved a high top seating and was seated in a very short table. The ambiance was was nice , noise level is very high making it hard to carry a conversation. Food was overall great , however waitress wasn't very attentive throughout dinner . They offer outdoor seating , that would be a better option if you want more privacy.(date)
