I received wrong order from tbere today. when I called to have it rectified, the staff gave me run around first stating They had no record of my order. when i explained i had the digital receipt from uber, they were able to find order. They told me I had to get my refund from Uber. i said why, they delivered the wrong order u gave them in a very timely fashion, its not their fault. eventually the manager/owner said he would deliver in about 10 minutes a new order.
