Food and drinks are great. The person that made drinks made them strong and were not premixed. I highly recommend this place for sure!

Tried a wide variety of tacos: steak, chipotle chicken, and battered fish, as well as chips and guacamole. The chicken tasted like it was cooked the previous day and had been sitting and served to me. It was cold and I know for sure it was not cooked fresh. The steak again tasted like it had been sitting for quite some time and served to me cold. Fish also was cold and the tortillas were cold as well. Guacamole tasted ok but it was served brown. After I ate here I felt like for sure I would get sick or food poisoning due to the food tasting old, but luckily I was fine. Seems like they pre-cook everything and serve the re-heated (if you are lucky) meats with each order. I would strongly recommend skipping this restaurant and very surprised at the high rating on yelp, which is the reason I decided to try it!

Food was yummy, the deal on Tuesday was great, the jalapeño margarita was perfect and the service outstanding.

Returned to "Fire It Up" after a few years. Sad to see that the mushroom taco was not on the menu, only as a special that was in January. My daughter "loved" the "Truck burrito" (minus the pork) and the hubby really liked the brisket burrito as well. The customer service was great, and a clean and beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. Only wished that they still had the food truck, or closer to the city.

First time here and it won't be the last. Portobello taco was my favorite but the blackened fish taco was also excellent. They have a great variety of tacos on their menu. Definitely something for everyone. Highly recommend the chips and queso.

The only thing I come back to time and time again is their Asian Pork tacos. The pulled pork is finely shredded, no clumps. It absorbs and holds in all the juices and sauce so that every bite is an explosion of flavor. The sauce is a tangy and sweet soy ginger sauce, it's unique and so addicting. Topped with pickled red onion and lettuce. I also love getting their Arnie, housemade lemonade with iced tea. Any of their teas or lemonade are free refills! Don't skip out on their hot sauce, house made, mildly hot but sweet at first. They source their ingredients locally, priding themselves in serving quality, fresh, and organic ingredients. They have a sign that tells you where each produce comes from which is really neat! You order at the front, grab a seat, and they'll bring you your food. Utensils, napkins, and plates are provided at each table. Service has always been good and super fast. I always leave this place feeling better than when I came in!

Good variety of tacos. I would recommend specially the steak, fish and sweet potato tacos. The $10 lunch special, which gives you two tacos and one side, is a good deal. I would recommend a couple of the tacos from what I mentioned above and the rice and beans for the side or the Parmesan chips.Good vibes, good music, good service, good decor. This place checks all the boxes.I felt bad for the lady at the front who was taking orders, delivering food to tables as well as checking on people to see how they’re doing. They need one other person to relieve some pressure on just having one person doing it all.Regarding service, as I mentioned, the same person is delivering the food to your table and then that takes all the trays from your table as well so I would definitely recommend tipping when you place your order. Unlike a regular fast food restaurant, there is service involved for which they should be commentated for in my opinion. This is definitely a good solid neighborhood business to go and support ?

Tacos here are Fire! They are tucked into a corner of a large strip mall that doesn't have a massive tenant so you could miss it if you drive by but worth the search. This place has some really great options from beef to pork, chicken fish or vegetarian. The combos of toppings and ingredients are really well balanced. Everything we've tried here was good over the course of 3 visits.

What a great place for quality organic food. I've been there twice and enjoyed everything I've tried. Even though it's 40 min from home, I'll continue to go back. The staff are very pleasant and willing to suggest changes according to my dietary needs. The atmosphere is nice with soft music and even cloth napkins.
