This is the second time I try to visit this place close to 5 pm and every time it has been closed when their business hours are until 7 pm. Their business hours are even shown at their entrance door as “new schedule” and it clearly says until 7 pm. When I visited them today around 4:50 pm, a person was inside cleaning and didn’t let us in. Please, if you are not going to respect your own schedule, then change it to one you are willing to make it work. We lost so much time and energy coming from our house and then returning empty handed with a very disappointed child who really wanted donuts.

It is so hard to find a good donut. ? and these donuts are to die for! They are soft, pillowy, and delicious! There's not a single thing they could do differently. So happy I came across this shop, the guy working the counter was super friendly and helpful as well.
We had these donuts at our wedding and they were SUCH a hit! Firecakes worked directly with our food vendor and the donuts were delivered easily on our big day. The donuts were the first thing gone on our sweets table- they were so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend using Firecakes especially for your wedding day! (WAY more exciting than cake!)

My issue is the staff here. They don't tell you and are not happy if you know there are promotions going on for a free doughnut for example and are rude. The doughnuts are good.

I had high hopes that this would be a great place. $33 for one dozen donuts isn't cheap and when you get what feels like day old donuts that's disappointing to say the least. At that price they should be baking them in the back but this feels like a Dunken Donuts model where they bake them offsite and truck them in. Two thumbs down for me!
