First time visitor today. Had the footlong veggie sandwich. Love the softness of the wheat bread with the caramelized onions, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes. The sandwich exceeded my expectations. Price ($13) for the footlong was a little high compared to other sandwich joints, but well worth the money.

Always delicious sandwiches, but be careful of end of day visits during the week. The website says 9pm for one of the two locations of this chain, but the door and staff are done just after 8pm at both it would seem.

Absolutely. The worst experience for a sandwich shop I could have ever had. I'm painting my grandson's nursery and ask my daughter to go get firehouse subs, which I get by my work. Almost once a month and it's perfect, I go to this one and it's complete trash. They had the sandwich wrong, and when asked to remake, it got a dirty look from them. Totally disrespectful to my daughter and everybody in that place, other people coming in at the same time, with their sandwiches made wrong, absolute garbage trash. Ownership.

Went at 815pm and just saw the lights turn off. Won't be able to buy subs today.
