Service and environment was fine. The food however was mediocre. Small portions for the price when you can go across the street to Honey Jam for better food, better prices, and bigger portions. I order eggs Benedict and one of the two poached eggs was full cooked with a hard yolk. The pancakes were thin and nothing to write home about. The grits were almost inedible. The million dollar potatoes were the best thing we ate. I was most disappointed by the eggs Benedict. Defeats the purpose of the dish when the eggs are cooked hard. Save the money and go across the street to Honey Jam. I probably will never come back.

Great menu with seasonal specials. Good beverage selections. Food is consistently well prepared. Service is always excellent. The dining room is loud when they are busy.

Was looking forward to a good breakfast. Unfortunately after 10+ minutes I left never had a server come to my table. I could see at least four servers standing and talking in the beverage area. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but the first time I left. Told the manager on my way out, I was leaving because no server came to my table.

Son enjoyed his waffle combo. My kale/cremini/sundried tomato frittata was delicious. They offer gluten free toast too. Our server recommended their gluten free waffles so I'll try that next time. Server was very nice and attentive. We'll be back.

Good a service is good. It’s the waitlist that is the problem. We have been eating at First Watch locations for years in Texas, Florida and other locations. We were excited for the 59 Naperville location to open because it’s close to home. However, each time we come to this location we experience the same issue. We join the waitlist and it says we are 15-25 min wait. We arrive and check in and we’re number 3. Everyone getting seated but us so when we ask the hostess they say “oh we can seat you now”. Today I asked what was the hold up because the app still says 3rd in line. the waitlist is to cut the wait in half not to get to the restaurant and still wait another 30 minutes when there are open tables and people are coming in getting seated. I have never experienced this in any of the other locations so I think it is weird even after I say something and we’re seated when we look at our app, it still says that we’re second or third in line
