Great experience at this Five Guys! The manager was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The service was fast, and the restaurant was very clean. Definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

Don’t order delivery. The driver will sit behind potters place waiting on another order for 40 min. Your food will arrive cold and Five guys will offer you A free fry on your next in person visit. If you order A Cajun fry they will give you normal. I will not be ordering 5 guys again. $40 for A burger and fries cold!( with delivery cost) then Here’s A fry the next time you waste money here!

I often eat at five guys as I’m a student and I’m always in a hurry. Yesterday around 8pm I stopped by with a friend and I requested a water paper cup and the young man in the black t- shirt told me to go drink water from the bathroom after years of being loyal customer of five guys, I’m shocked and very upset that you have employees that have such an attitude and lack of Customer relation training. My guest was very upset about the rude behavior.

I was harassed by two creepy girls from Naperville Central high school however, this cute worker rescued me, his name was Chris I think. Yeah his name definitely was Chris.
