The food is what you expect for 5 guys, and when I say that, I mean you have to get the value out of the cost of this place ! Extremely high price of admission to a burger and frys being over $20 for just 1 person eating a single party burger, smallest fru, and a shake.

I'll say this team typically hits it out of the park when addressing this issue ! The cost is SO easy to tip the experience in a negative light.

Hi, I would like to deeply appreciate the hospitality, professionalism, great customer experience each and every time me and my family receive from Brandon W (Store# IL-0555). He definitely need to be recognized by his employer for a great service he is offering to customers and making it more comfortable for customers like us to often visit this location.

Burgers and fries are always top notch and my little kids Jaden & Rafael love them most ☺️

Visited this place on a family recommendation. Though the prices surprised me, I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink for over $20. After a brief 5-6 minute wait, my food was ready and exceeded my expectations. Manager Abraham, who took my order, was exceptionally kind. The restaurant was clean and well-managed, with employees who seemed happy. Thanks for the great dining experience.
