Had lunch with friends and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Kristin! She was attentive yet very in tune to our desire for a leisurely meal. The lunch menu was varied and my panini was delicious. I look forward to going again soon.

We sat at the bar on a busy night and Christine took the best care of us! She was extremely busy with both the bar and tables but she did not miss a beat with anyone. We will definitely be back!!

Food was wonderful! We had the spinach ravioli and linguini and shrimp. Wonderfully seasoned and so flavorful! Our wine was just as great! We were greeted by friendly and smiling hostesses when we arrived and Sam was so sweet when she sat us. Can't wait to come back!

I recently hosted a bridal shower at Francesca’s. They were very easy to work with and we had a wonderful day.Food, as usual, was delicious. Miranda and Sam did an excellent job as our servers- they were courteous and hustled during the entire shower.It was great place to host our event.Thanks!

This restaurant was great! My chicken had the most delicious sauce. They kindly split my entree for me and my partner and there were constant refills! Highly recommend. The hostess Samantha was great!

This was $182.00 worth of food from Francesca’s with one whole entree missing! Delivered by an Uber Eats driver who had to call for directions….definitely NOT worth the money or aggravation!

I had a great time with my family there. Our table was full of a variety of foods. The waitress was observant to our table; when we were out of something or needed anything. The atmosphere was nice for us. The food was good. I ordered fish with chard greens, and it was good. I would order it again. But there were other dishes I would definitely try the next time I visit.

Francesca's Passaggio has been in the neighborhood for quite some time. They must be doing something right to have survived through the pandemic. We stopped in last night as we haven’t been there in awhile. The atmosphere was upbeat and had a good vibe in general. Our server Rich was over the top amazing with his knowledge of the menu and which items were gluten free. While caprese salad wasn’t on the menu, he was able to make it happen. The menu has been totally revamped since we were there last. I had the lamb sausage pasta which was one the best and unique entrees I’ve ever had. My wife and daughter’s dinners were excellent also. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The food and staff here is awesome! Troy was great. Do NOT leave without dessert. The chocolate banana tart is phenomenal. Thanks to the entire team for a fabulous dinner. I will definitely go back again soon.

The food was great. I have a tree nut allergy and was ask do my food need to be cooked separately. I felt very special. There was a mix up with the order and Troy straightened it out. Excellent service from he and staff.

I ordered one of their specials for lunch per the server's recommendation, chicken with spinach and capers. The spinach was so salty that I couldn't eat it and the chicken was a little overcooked. Also, the lemon wedges that I asked for my water were not fresh, kind of slimy. My husband's salmon and my son's burger weren't good either. The whole place was very empty and I can see why. This restaurant used to be good and one of my favorites before the pandemic. Service was not bad but the food was under average. We were disappointed to say the least. We will not return.

Do not go! Horrible experience. Awful customer service! I was surprised the whole awful was the experience. They are very shortstaffed and they do not have the proper training for their employees. I felt I was literally begging for food and drinks over there! You have to raise your voice loud the police are older because they are far away from the table and looking away from you! Not only they don’t wanna do I contact but their body is away from you and the table!We went there last Saturday for lunch and they were having a party but not enough staff. Our waitress was not happy to see us there and did not give us the time or effort. It felt that they were eager to kick us out and could not wait to take our plates while we are eating!My husband wanted a menu but the hostess did not come so we had to walk to the front grab our own menu! Self service in a dine in restaurant.My husband choose to give a full tip not because they are worth it but because of the economy now. The cost of food and gas is too expensive so he pretty much decided to give the tips as charity!Up until they fix customer service, do not go

This place is always amazing, the pasta is absolutely perfect. Service is great.
