Friaco's Mexican Restaurant Cantina & Hola Amor

We stopped by when they were almost closing, on accident, but they still sat and served us. The food was fresh and the service was great. Andrew took great care of my family, earning every dollar of his cash tip! We'll definitely be back, but next time we'll check the hours of operation first!

I’ve been here three times and really enjoyed it every time. The guacamole is wonderful and the Carne Asada is probably the best that we’ve had.

This has to be the worst meal I have had in years! Truly disappointed! I had been to a different location and recalled loving it.
Should have know when waiter brought out a bowl of crumbs for chips in the bowl about five sold chips in a bowl of crumbs.
Then crap guacamole don’t know how you mess it up but it was horrible.
Then got the fajita nachos which had no cheese. It was a pile of hot lettuce gross chicken and slimy onions. Giant slices of tomatoes which were cooked? It’s was plate full of slop. Shrimps were ok?
My guy had a steak taco 🌮 two dry corn tortillas and strips of streaks you could have flossed with.
No flavor!!
Soda wasn’t coke or Pepsi some cheap generic soda. The ice was like brown water!
Don’t waste your time of money!

Came to this place for my first time for the Hola Amor nightclub, can definitely say I was very disappointed, line to get in is ridiculous, African American bouncer at the door not very good, be prepared to pay a $20 cover to get into a club with no air conditioning and a swarm of people with no where to walk or dance because it’s heavily overcrowded ! Save time and money and stay away from this place!

Went for a date night with wife and had the worse experience. Chairs uncomfortable, atmosphere was cluttered and service was lacking. I have food thats better at Chili's, this was an extremely let down experience. Our server barely served us anything, what are we tipping for anymore?? Here's your water, I'll tell the cooks what you want, Here's your bill... wow I don't recommend this place at all.

Review for late-night, Hola Amor.

15-30 min wait, drinks are overpriced, and the $15 cover for guys, $5 for women, feels like a cash grab.

Vibe's alright but there are better late-night spots nearby that are cheaper.

Recently went to Friacos, overall dinner food was solid but when I ordered my desert, Mexican Fried Ice Cream which I'd been craving for a while and was the main reason for my visit they gave me some premade mexican fried ice cream that seemed like stale cornflakes rolled around ice cream and prefrozen, it wasn't fried, it wasn't warm, there was no whip cream or cherry, very bad. As long as I'm complaining only got 3 tortillas with my meal and service was meh. This place is moderately pricey I'd expect better, I'll go to my local taco joint which is much cheaper.
