I thought this place had pretty decent food. I got the quesadillas and the chicken tortilla soup and they were both up to par, however I also got some enchiladas and the chicken filling way a bit hard to chew. However, the worst part of the experience, as someone who got it to go, was the packaging of the soup. Is spilled in the bag and leaked into the two dishes. I would warn against getting soup to go from this place.

Visited this place for the 1st time and not bad! Nice relaxing cozy atmosphere (dark but nice). I ordered the tampiquena well done and it was perfectly cooked. I did have a small issue with my margarita! it had a mosquito but they did replace it . Other than that the Friacco's Special Rita (i think that was the name) is very good. A small suggestion hostess needs to be more attentive and personal presentation should be stepped up as well since that is the first person you see upon arrival. Overall I would return.

2024/03/09 - the place was busy Saturday night. Hostess were pleasant. The large $10 Queso bowl is over priced for what you get. The 3 tacos for dinner were very small. The brown sauce used for combo dinner tasted burnt. The cane asda special and mariachi bowls were good.

Was excited to try this place and finally got the chance tonight. We got a few different things and the food was decent, but not great. The atmosphere is pretty nice. The issue was the service. We had a young man as our waiter in a more than half empty restaurant and he was terrible. We asked for more chips when our queso fundito arrived, and they never showed. They gave four tortillas with the appetizer and we could have used more, but he didn't show. When he finally showed up I mentioned to him we were still waiting on our chips, could have used some more tortillas and some refills on our drinks. This apparently pissed him off. When he came back to refill our drinks and deliver our chips he slammed the bottle on the table. He was short and still remained unattentative the rest of the meal. Also, my son ordered fries with his torta, but he got beans and rice. He didn't bring that to my attention until we were done. Asked for the check, and waited a long time. Another girl brought our check. Three of us cost $121.00 before tip. I expect at least decent service when spending that on dinner. We won't be back. There are much better Mexican restaurants with better food, better drinks and much better service in the area, and cost less money.

Authentic Mexican food with authentic wait staff. I'm sure my Southern drawl wasn't any help but there was definitely a communication problem. I ordered two tacos and a burrito but somehow ended up with three tacos. I ate it didn't complain. Food is good.

Our first experience at Friacos was awesome. Our waitress, Corina, is the best! Great, efficient service. We will ask for her next time for sure! The enchiladas are ridiculous! Our party of 4 had an awesome time thanks to Corina.

When arriving, the restaurant was maybe 25% full. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were told the kitchen was backed up. Except other tables seated after us got their orders on time. Waited another 20 minutes after being assured the food was almost ready. During that time, the table behind us returned their food after finding it "unedible". We did not stick around.
