This bakery is a gem in Naperville. My family simply LOVED the black forest cake we ordered for the Thanksgiving weekend. Patricia is not just a fantastic baker but also goes beyond with her customer service. She was very transparent with how she'd make the cake, and she patiently discussed any customization requests I had (such as using a non-alcoholic substitute for the cherry liqueur). With her flexibility and consistent communication on top of fantastic communication, I'd recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a cake that's sure to impress their guests. Thank you, Patricia!!

Cake wasn't overly sweetened, the frosting was rich and flavorful. Could not recommend this more, and just might have to come back in the future.

Came across this place after researching bakeries/desserts. What a great choice on my part! Picked up some blueberry and lavender tarts, m&m cookies, and Canelés for a birthday celebration and they were such a hit! Everything was delicious and freshly made. The blueberry and lavender tarts were a splendid surprise for my taste buds and from the first bite of the cookies I knew they were made from scratch and there were plenty of m&ms in the (soft) cookies. The Canelés were absolutely delicious and also surprised my taste buds. You can definitely taste the rum which I appreciated because desserts with liquor definitely require mastery in order for it to come out amazing - and these were absolutely amazing! Everything was beautifully packed and included a thank you card which really adds to the overall pleasant experience of ordering and for my taste buds! I just cannot stop raving about my order and I will absolutely be back much sooner than anticipated.

Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but it was so delicious. In fact, one guest declared it was the best cake she had eaten in a year! I had an amazing experience ordering from Frosted Fig for my mom's birthday! The owner, Patricia, was super kind, accommodating, and communicative when i requested a dairy free fruit tart. Even though she had never made one, she was willing to make several test batches until the tart was perfect before telling me to place the order so that I would be able to get a tart that she would be confident that we would enjoy. She also gave me great suggestions throughout the entire process. When I mentioned that my mom liked lemon, she suggested a lemon curd base and suggested toppings that would pair well with the lemon flavors.As for the taste of the tart, it was absolutely delicious and the fruits were super sweet and well picked! ended up with a lemon curd tart with blueberries and blackberries on top -- the berries were arranged beautifully and my mom was super happy with the tart.Thank you so much Patricia for making this whole experience so easy and special for us! I will definitely be ordering again soon :)
