My family was trying to get out for dinner on a Saturday night. We showed up and told them it would be a 25-minute wait. 12-15 tables were open. When we asked, the manager was rude to us and told us we could leave if we didn't want to wait. We had 4 kids under the age of 12 that had to see this and they just wanted to eat! I would never recommend this location to anybody!

As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I can confidently attest that Giordano's Stuff Crust Deep dish is the best pizza I've ever had. I'm not a pizza connoisseur, but my appreciation for good food is evident by appearance. This establishment is truly exceptional. During my previous visit to Chicago for work training, Jessica and I had the pleasure of dining at the downtown location, and we were thoroughly impressed. I've returned with my mother, and I'm delighted to report that the quality remains exceptional. If you're in the vicinity of a Giordano's location, I highly recommend trying their pizza – you won't be disappointed.

Tonight I walked in to dine in was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in with my mom and daughter only to be left sitting for 10 mins without anyone coming to the table mind you there was only about 6-7 tables with guest after sitting another 5 mins we left and went to Lou Malnatis where we was seated and served drinks within minutes of being seated in a packed dining room

One of the best place to have Chicago's most famous Deep Dish Pizza. Pizza was yummy. Best pizza we ever had in USA. Service was awesome. Adorable ambience. Only thing I hate was waiting time 😓. If you want pizza in time, please order it ahead in their app or website. You have the option to select your own veggies and protein in 'make your own pizza' menu option. Though the price is slight high, taste and quantity awesome.
