One of the best (if not the best) restaurants with deep dish pizza! Excellent service and care of the customers/visitors. What else is needed to enjoy food with family and friends?

I lean towards Giordano’s in the great deep dish rivalry (Lou’s for thin crust imo though. Made hot and fresh and the service was friendly and great. Cant go wrong if you’re looking to experience good and convenient deep dish pizza. The cheesy garlic bread, calamari, and moz sticks were worth the try as well!
So I had an issue at the Oswego location where they were very rude and ignorant when I just was trying to ask a question and I got hung up on so I didn’t even want to call back so I called this location to ask my question. Spoke to Tom and he answered my question and was super friendly and professional and I told him id definitely go to his location to eat! Thank you Tom for your help I look forward to seeing you soon.

Jainessa was an amazing server! She was very attentive and kind and made sure we were completely satisfied with our service!
We love coming here when we visit family! Consistently great food! We visit about 3 times a year and truly enjoy going to this location as to some of the others in the area. Our server the last few times was emily and she is on top of it! We are originally from the chicago area gather in large numbers due to having a big family and she handles it fantastically!

As soon as I came inside, Tom and Ithalo greeted me with a warm welcome, and an unexpected conversation that really brightened my day! Made the 10/10 food and even better experience the entire time. Would totally recommend to anyone that stops by Downtown Naperville!

I’m writing to you regarding my gf and i’s poor experience at the giordano’s in downtown Naperville. It was my first time as I was visiting from Texas. We sat down and ordered, it was not too crowded as it was around 8:30pm. Ordered the deep dish cheese pizza. We waited about 50 minutes. Got our pizza, and right before we were about to bite we noticed there was sausage and pepperoni on the bottom. We don’t eat pork due to religious reasons and this was really frustrating. We barely got an apology and waited another 10-15 minutes. Usually places do more about issues but here they didn’t do anything. Just very frustrating and upsetting especially considering I could’ve accidentally had pork had I not checked carefully. Hoping there is something you can do about that as this is really poor service.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We ordered pizza and garlic bread. We waited for an hour, then the waiter came and said that there were literally five minutes left. And 10 minutes later the administrator said that the order was not ready and we would have to wait another 45 minutes! And the cafe was closing in 15 minutes. I understand that there were a lot of guests, but everyone who came after us had already been given their orders. Without finishing our cola and beer, we had to leave. The child was in tears, the anniversary was a "success". Thank you?

I love deep dish and have had it at many places. Playing it on the safe side I decided to order extra cheese and extra sauce. What a joke! The manager came over to explain about how the cheese and sauce is measured. Well wholly sh-@! I've seen more cheese and sauce on a regular Little Ceasars pizza that was ordered for the kids. A waste of my time and even worse my money. Needless to say I will not return nor recommend this Naperville location. The server Mack did an excellent job.
