So usually I’ve been adoring this place, but my last few times here haven’t been as great. The last two times I was here, I asked for light ice and the whole cup was filled with ice, which would’ve knocked it down to four stars for me. However, this time I came and they opened 50 minutes late, which really sucked, but the ice was actually light this time! The drinks do taste great. Maybe not waiting for an hour great, but they are delicious.
Edit Jan. 2025: After multiple days of coming here just to leave as they had ran out of Tapioca each day, I think I won't be coming back. Between having to make the trip inside a busy Hmart just to find out they're out of the one thing I want + Staff that always seems bothered making drinks, I just don't feel gong cha has made a worthwhile effort to keep customers. Disappointing. Go to Eli tea in Glen Ellen. Much better service.

Had the milk tea boba and it was very middle of the road, nothing truly notable about it. With other options in the area, I wouldn’t highly recommend unless you’re already in HMart.
