Decent bar food! Hizemans located in Naperville was a nice place for lunchtime! Rather for the locals, family, large crowds or newbies! Plenty of seating and very much spacious. Along with flat screen tvs that decorated the entire bar! You can tell this place be LIT for all the games! Our server was named Max. He was very attentive and pretty much laid back! His politeness and aura was amazing!. Customer service to the MAX! Haha! He greeted and seated our table right away. And took out orders which took no time to served our table. We ordered the BBQ boneless wings for starters. And for our entrees we order the elote dog, Philly, grilled cheese for the kid and the famous Hizeman smashed burger with two patties! Everything was good. Kid enjoyed her grilled cheese soft and cheesy! As it should be! My Philly and dog was delightful. I was craving a beef dog and the Philly sounded great! Burger was juicy, cheesy and the flavors were making my taste buds do the Macarena! Hahah! The Hizeman burger was a HIT! ! Great job chef! Simple menu and rocked the table! Always great to have a simple meal with no issues. The vibe was very much a bar scene with BOMB energy! Conversations left and right, a competitive environment with laughter and memories and bets to be made or broken!! Check em out!

This was me and my husband’s first time this morning back at Hizemans since we moved. The drinks were not as good as we remembered… The food was great although it was a wait. Even though it was a very very BUSY restaurant! Understandably so.
Our server Katie took great care of us was very friendly attentive, and it is clear that she cared for her customers. Any issues was taken care of immediately with her . 10/10 SERVICE!
A bit loud! But very fun atmosphere especially with the BEARS!! We will be coming back for the amazing service and drafts. Cocktails ok…

I brought my friends and siblings here and we ended up staying for the club, it was so much fun. The DJ does not miss with their music mix, I had a blast and will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately can’t provide more than one star. This is the second time I’ve tried to give my business to Hizemans, and also the second time I was unable to get an order placed.
The servers are run thin, but to not greet a table for 20 minutes, how do you expect anyone to stay? We saw 2 other tables sit after us and leave as well. Management needs to better.
Great atmosphere and food looks good, but haven’t been able to try it.

Hizemans is a nice downtown local sports bar located in Naperville. They serve the typical sports bar type food with an emphasis on waffle fries. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and overworked. Please get these girls some much-needed additional assistance. As with most sports bars, there are games to watch and enjoy on the numerous TVs. I and my friends will be back again soon.
We enjoyed great food and drinks in a fun atmosphere at Hizeman’s this evening! Our server Grace was very attentive and checked in with us regularly. The manager, Harris, also checked in with our table—great service, highly recommend Hizeman’s, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was beyond horrible—slow, inattentive, and dismissive. Our food showed up cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen forgotten. The so-called espresso martinis were served in wine glasses, the service so careless. For the price, there’s no excuse. This place needs a serious reset in both the kitchen and the front of house.

Went in on Sunday night 8/31. One server in the restaurant all but in tears from having to apologize to customers for it taking so long to order/get food. We watched as 5 tables of people came in, seated themselves and after 10+ minutes of no one coming to the table getting up and leaving. We had an appetizer and left.
