Update! Wow went 12/24/25 and all new menu and the food was great. Best seats and dining experience of ANY of the Studio Grill type theaters in the area. A nice experience!
This is a cool movie theater really cool atmosphere nice screens, good food, and a bar
Service sucked. Ordered 2 drinks and popcorn, didn't get the popcorn, and got the drinks 2 hours after we ordered them during a 3.5 hour movie. Not only did all that get messed up but I was also charged for the popcorn I never got. As well as people in the theatre just would not stop talking and being on their phones.
Always my favorite go to
It was amazing place
Awesome experience!!!Very cool theaters and excellent service from Mark!
Good theatre really enjoyed it. Good food
Great experience and customer service. Also, I accidentally left my debit card here. I called the next day, and Haley and the rest of the staff went out of their way to track it down and call me back to let me know they had it. Thank you!
Nice small theater to see the movie.
Love this place. Came here for a kids birthday party. Kids had a great time, very entertaining.

Always a great experience coming to Hollywood Palms. Everyone, from management, to servers and box office attendees are welcoming and kind. You won't get a better theater experience anywhere else.
I came with my friends and mom, the lady cashier said that we can’t go to go watch the movie because we (friends) weren’t 18 years, but the other employee said that we can watch movies while mom was in the car. The lady cashier said that she can call the police. We even weren’t like 7 year old. I think we are old enough to watch the movie. Also the lady was complaining a lot about the food that I brought, which personally I got it that I can’t bring it, I know she was making sure that I can’t bring it with me. The cashier asked what language we spoke and then made a fuss about the popcorn, saying I couldn't take it into the movie theater. We are all Asian, but this was very strange and disrespectful towards us. I came with friends and my mom the lady cashier was racist
Very disappointing experience.
We arrived at the cinema early and followed all the rules. One staff member — an older gentleman — clearly told us that we were allowed to enter as long as our parents were nearby waiting in the car. We were about to go in, but then another employee suddenly refused to let us in, completely contradicting what her colleague had just said.
It’s unacceptable that the staff gives conflicting information and doesn’t seem to know their own policies. Because of this confusion, we had to return our tickets and leave, wasting our time and completely ruining the experience.
I hope management addresses this and ensures that employees provide consistent and accurate information to customers.
We came with my mom and my friends, and we said that mom would be sitting in the car and we would go to watch a movie. The male worker said that everything was okay and let us in. But the woman who was sitting at the cash register called our mother and one of our friends for the second time and said that if we all didn't leave the cinema now, she would call the police on us. Although we initially said that mom would be sitting in the car near the cinema building because it would not be convenient for her to sit in the lobby. As a result, we were all pulled out of the cinema, while watching, took our tickets and issued a refund, and at the same time the cashier who arranged all this grinned and said that we were not the place here. Teach your employees to be more professional! We won't come to you anymore
Be ready to spend at least $100.
They now add on an 18% Mandatory Tip to your Check on top of the already very overpriced Food. Forcing People to tip is unethical, Especially if the service is bad. I came here once and they didnt even bring out my food until the Movie was almost over and I had to speak to a Manager. Imagine if you just paid your Servers livable wages instead of FORCING your Customers to tip 18%.
I will never be back here again.
