We had such a great experience at Hugo's! The service was excellent, attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. We decided to try frog legs for the first time and they were absolutely amazing. The oysters were incredibly fresh and flavorful, definitely some of the best we've had. For entrées, we had the sea bass and the lake perch, both were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Every dish was outstanding. Highly recommend Hugo's if you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience!

Everything was great until the end! Waited a long time for my check. Finally manager said he'd get it for me and he gave me the wrong one with another tables credit card in it.

Dinner at Hugo's is like returning home. The food never disappoints, and the service exceeds expectations. Throughout the years, the staff has always treated us like family and does everything possible to enhance the dining experience. From a 14-oz steak (only one in Naperville) to fresh oysters, we never leave hungry. This location is a must-visit for anyone visiting Naperville and is on the short list for those of us who are local.

Great spot for a special night out, especially if you like seafood or steak. Excellent cocktails!

what temp. is med on a 10 oz filet and 16oz prime rib not bloody ,and not bloody even after a trip back to the fire, really for a gibsons steak house felt rushed from the second we got seated that was after the hostess couldn't find my reservation and asked if it could be under a different name I WANTED TO SAY DONALD TRUMP

My favorite place for dinner and drinks. Great quality and service. Good vibe. Flexible-you can upscale dinner or do a more casual dinner with family and kids. Brunch on weekends.

Trent was the best server! Here with my girlfriends of 20 years and had the best time! Trent took great care of us and engaged with us in our jokes. Could not have had a better time. We will be returning!

Went here with the family to celebrate and it was an embarrassment to say the least. Our chicken fingers for my kid came out black and dry. One of the managers walks by and I tell him that we want them re done since they ate inedible, to which he replies oh you want them cooked less and with a major attitude and condescending tone. I said no I want it cooked properly as it should be. Things got even worse from there... all of our steaks came out way overdone and dry, lacking flavor, and charred to the point of being bitter. Sides were tasteless and under cooked. Finally found a manager who was willing to help but damage was already done. This is a wanna be steakhouse at best and the chefs are a disgrace to Gibsons quality meat. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere
