Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House in Naperville is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. The wait staff is top-notch! They’re always welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you Jared and Ray for another fantastic dining experience. If you're looking for a great meal in a sophisticated atmosphere, Hugo's Frog Bar in Naperville is definitely worth a visit.

This is always one of the best places in Naperville to go for any meal! Our server Marie was super sweet and the entire dining experience was one of the best. I always leave Hugo’s satisfied and recommend this location to everyone I know :)

Our waitress, whose name, unfortunately, was wonderful. She had. Great sense of humor and was very attentive. Jerod, the restaurant manager was also attentive and took a suggestion I gave him about wine glasses seriously. Always enjoy our dinners there.

Came in with my mom for a quick lunch. We sat on the patio. Great music out there. Started with some East Coast oysters which were fantastic. For lunch, I had the sliders and my mom had the buffalo shrimp salad. Can’t say enough about the food and the service here. Always tasting very fresh and the quantity just right. We had Trent as our server. He was funny, fast, and professional and sets the bar high for any other server there. We had a great experience that afternoon and made it hard to want to go back to work. Thank you Hugo’s! We will be back.

Outstanding Service by Elvia - A Memorable First Visit!
I enjoyed dining at Hugo Frog's for the first time, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! Elvia, our waitress, went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about ensuring our perfect meal. She made excellent recommendations and was always available without being intrusive. Elvia's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and passion for her work made our visit unforgettable. Her outstanding service is a testament to Hugo Frog's commitment to customer care. I can't wait to return!

Had an awesome meal for our anniversary and Samantha was the best server! Very friendly and helpful. Steaks were done to our liking and the creme brulee was to die for! Thanks for a memorable time!

Fantastic time! This was a 70 th birthday celebration dinner. The sea food was delicious . The steak was very well presented and savory. Cooked to perfection! Our waiter was phenomenal. She approached us at the perfect time and was very attentive in assuring all was going well. We had our own party going so the noise level was not an annoyance to us but might have been for a more romantic experience. Overall 5 stars. Would highly recommend eating there to our friends and family.

The seabass was terrible. It had little to no taste. For what it cost, it wasn't worth it. I love seabass, and I'm sorry I ordered it here. I don't think I will be back for dinner again.

Food was good. Service has declined. Had to ask for water 3 times. No one ever offered bread. Server just seemed to want us to leave after we finished our dessert even though there were numerous tables open but others still eating and talking.

I came here on Monday night (9/23/2024) with some friends and had the most splendid night! From the moment we arrived to receiving the bill, our experience was delightful. Our entrees were delicious. The manager Jared and our waiter Trent were very attentive and kind. We will definitely will be returning customers!

Hugo's is one of the best restaurants in downtown Naperville for good food, good service and great ambiance. I like that the tables are not shoved close together like at Sullivan's and other restaurants. You can have a private conversation without 30 people hearing you. Wait staff is personable and helpful. We return frequently and bring friends!

Hugo’s has been a staple in my life for many years, almost 20 years. Their service is impeccable, their food is great and always consistent, and their drinks wonderful. I will be going here for as long as they’ll have me, and I’ll always recommend this place to people.

Stopped by for lunch today. Expect Hugos to provide not just great food but also service. Have to say the food was great but the waitress missed the mark. Asked for one of their off menu specials which the server insisted was not available. The manager later confirmed it was. I won't go into details of how she missed the mark in other ways but it was enough for me to write this review. The manager apologized but by then our lunch was done and the bad "taste" was already served. The server's attitude was on full display even as we were leaving.
