Terrible service. Workers were not giving us time. Rushed us a lot and had no manners. They need to do something about that.

The one in Chicago is way better service / cookies. Been to this closer location twice and each time I've received raw cookies. Pricey cookies for raw cookies. Not worth it. Love the atmosphere.

The associates working there are always tired and act like they are don’t want you there!Especially the tall guy with the braids..he is lazy!!!!

Can’t believe I just found out they opened up in Naperville! This is location is just as good as the one in the city. My kids loved the vanilla with chocolate chip! Will definitely be coming back for that late night sweet tooth. Staff is friendly and service was great!

the prices are insanely high for what you get. That’s not the worst part. Although the employee working was extremely nice it doesn’t hide the fact that there was a LITERAL COCKROACH running around on the floor.

Everyone has a mentioned how good these cookies are, but we were not impressed. We bought a six pack of different flavors and none of them tasted as they were described. Very disappointed in them. Didn’t want to knock them until we tried them, but definitely not going back.

We ordered 6 cookies. Made the mistake of not opening the box in the store. One of the cookies we paid $5 for is half of a cookie. Cookies aren’t even very good. Don’t get scammed by this business

Beware cashless!! I think companies go cashless want a world of control. I should have the freedom in America to pay for goods with cash or card! The irony is they accept cash for tips! But they won’t accept cash even if you give them the exact amount of cash needed. Ridiculously good cookies but ridiculously payment method restrictions

The cookies are excellent but so expensive. It’s nice for an occasional treat.

I had some issues using the delivery on the app, and when i called Jake K. was incredibly kind and helpful! He resolved the issue and went above and beyond, even wrote a note!! I have come here a few times and the customer service has always been amazing, definetly recommend!
