Had heard a lot of good things abt Fiamme so we decided to use it as a spot for celebration. Server, Demetra, did a great job - but that was the highlight of the visit. Operating on limited menu - NO PASTA. Really, Italian restaurant not serving any pasta. So we had to settle for pizzas - and they weren't that great. Pan pizzas (Americana & Tuscan) both were dry; Margherita, Funghi and Quattro burnt - I mean several edges burnt black. No manager visit to the table...how disappointing!!

Another fantastic virtual restaurant. We stumbled up on this hidden gem whilst on the door dash app and we weren't disappointed. To start, we had the honey rosemary wings which were divine. They were sweet, Smokey, earthy, and made Bdubs look like child's play. In addition to the wings we ordered our new favorite New York style pizza! The Crowd Pleaser was perfectly balanced with thick pepperoni, sausage, and dollops of ricotta cheese, and red sauce. My wife is a huge fan of white pizzas so we also have the Blanco Sent Me a try. This pizza had a cheese & garlic based white sauce, smoked chicken, bacon, spinach, red onions, and ricotta on top as well. Whoever came up with the menu as well as the menu names deserves to a 'round of applause'. (A little punny if you read their menu since this is another pizza name.) Compliments to the chefs as well as Fiammé for concocting another beautifully crafted pie. Keep em coming!

We ordered delivery through Yelp and the third party delivery driver lied, claimed the food was delivered (and therefore tried to steal our delivery fee and tip). The restaurant noticed our food was still there and called me to arrange for one of their employees to deliver my food at no charge. The food was fantastic, even after over an hour of all the back and forth. PS we were refunded. We plan to go back directly to the restaurant to try more.

As best I can gather, Intero Forno is the in-house restaurant located inside Fiamme in downtown Naperville. I spied them on Grubhub and their menu sounded so interesting and delicious that we ordered on a whim. I don't love using third party apps to place takeout orders right now because I'd rather fully support the restaurant, but I couldn't find another way to order so alas. We couldn't decide what to get so we got an array of things to try out. A plain Jane pizza with sausage, a BALT Detroit style pizza, and the rosemary hot honey wings. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged appropriately and came hot. Now I've never had Detroit style pizza before and truth be told, I'm not a huge thick crust gal. My fave pizza in Naperville has always been Lil Pops, the incredible and classic NY style foldables. But the ingredients on the BALT made me curious so I was willing to overlook the enormous crust to try it out. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID. I cannot express how delicious this pizza is. There's bacon jam. There's gooey shredded cheddar. THERE IS WHIPPED AVOCADO. It's topped with lettuce, tomato, and a garlic aioli. It's the ingredients that would make a killer BLT, but ON A PIZZA. The combo is AH-mazing and I don't know how they do it but it arrives at your house with the intended hot ingredients still hot, and the cold ingredients cold. No whimpy lettuce or curdled aioli on this bad boy. It's fresh, it's hot, it's cheesy, and it's delicious. BUT THATS NOT ALL. Remember my fear of the aforementioned thicc crust? So yeah it's kinda thick. Like breadstick-y. But here's the magical thing - it's enrobed in this apron of crusty, beautiful, chewy, just a HAIR shy of burnt cheese. CHEESE ALL ALONG THE CRUST. So the doughy pizza crust is really juxtaposed against this crispy salty cheesy surprise and it. is. EVERYTHING. I'm not even describing it as beautifully as it tastes. This pizza is magic and I am not apologizing for it. We ordered this pizza on election night, during a pandemic, in 2020, and it CALMED ME DOWN. This pizza is the real deal. Please go order this pizza. Now the amazing doesn't stop there. The plain Jane is bomb - a delightful thin crust pizza with huge triangular slices that you could fold if you wanna, a glorious corn meal-y crust, and ample toppings. The large will leave you with leftovers, but you won't be mad about it. And those crazy hot honey rosemary wings? Oh man. Flavor perfection. They're acidic, sweet, hot, herby, crispy, incredible. Whoever is concocting these flavor profiles needs a raise. Since our first order we've had many BALTs, and also the Tree Hugger and the A-maize-ing, and the results are the same - unreal delicious, unique flavor packaged into a boxy crust of cheesy delight. I had never even eaten at Fiamme before trying this place and now I can't wait until indoor dining is back so I can try it out, too. But if it's anything like Intero Forno, I cant wait to be addicted to even more unique flavors and fun food.

This is hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. If you're gluten free and are anywhere close by, it's worth the drive. Simply. Amazing. If you're not gluten free, you should still check it out. The menu is interesting, and if they can make a gf pizza taste like a NY slice but elevated, I'm certain the regular pizzas are amazing too. Do yourself a favor, get some takeout. Guarantee you'll go back.
