The few vegetarian options were good but they messed up all 5 of our items by adding stuff we didn’t want. It was packed and we were hungry so we just dealt with it. Tortillas were great, salsa bar was awesome. The ordering was not very user friendlyVegetarian options: Hongos (mushrooms, surprisingly good and I do not like mushrooms). Elotes, fried avocado.

So disgusted. We ordered tacos and our order was completely wrong. When asking about it, the employee had an attitude and said "well how do you want me to make them then?" The way I requested... without grilled onions, like the screen said. We ultimately decided that the argument wasn't worth it and ate the tacos. The food was good and we ordered shakes. See the attached photo of the long black hair that was in my shake. When we brought it up to the employees they acted as if we had planted the hair. I am almost convinced that they purposely put the hair there as there is no way the lid could have gone on this shake without seeing the hair. When asking for a refund we were told they couldn't give us a refund because the manager was gone for the night. We will see if the manager actually contacts us.UPDATE: two days later and still no contact from the manager.

Very original to look at, replicating signs and images of taqueriads in Mexico. The shepherd tacos are bad, very sweet and flavorless, the green sausage tacos are brief but have a better flavor.Vampires are the only thing that makes me want to return. We will give it another chance.Excellent service and atmosphere.

Placed an online order, confirmation said 15 minutes. 50 minutes later my food was ready AND lucky me, it was missing items. The service here is horrible. No acknowledgment of anything happening other than trying to keep up with orders that still end up wrong. This place needs some sort of revamp operationally - your staff cant cook, prepare orders AND provide front counter support if they’re already understaffed AND not phased by customers walking directly to the counter. No hello, eta, thank you, nothing.Lose the self service kiosks and online ordering if you don’t know how to manage it. First time here and wont be returning. Waste of time and $64 on cold food that took almost an hour.

Service is not that great, the only ordering way is through a kiosk and they don’t even work. Staff doesn’t even know how to fix their tablets and all they say is that these devices always give them a hard time by not working. They need to pay someone as a cashier to be more efficient. Food is not even all that, not worth the wait.

Great food! Everything we had was good, I wasn't a fan of the French fries in the burritos but the tacos and quest were great. I won't get burritos again but overall it was a good experience

Atmosphere and ambiance is 10/10. The portions were great as well, after reading other reviews though I can assume this is hit or miss. Plenty of options as well. The steak and meat were good quality however was very bland and lacked flavor or seasoning. For 2 adults and 1 child to eat it came out to about 60$ which was pretty pricey. The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t worth the price tag, my 6 year old confirmed we have had better for a lot less. I had a questions about the kiosk and then later on One of my plates was missing onions on the tacos and the staff wears their displeasure of helping on their face. Not friendly at all.

I dream about these tacos. Their elotes, margaritas, Paloma’s, and mushroom mulas are so good. This is the place I take my out of town guests to when they want Mexican food. It’s street food, so casual but delicious. Wishes: that you didn’t order on a kiosk exclusively and that there was some kind of sound absorbing materials. My friends and I would love to hang and have a margarita but it’s so loud and the chairs are so uncomfortable that it’s not made for that.Vegetarian options: Mushroom or avocado or elote taco options
