This was my first time at the restaurant and they were soooooo amazing. I thought they closed at 10 but the kitchen closed at 9 and I felt awful ordering so close to kitchen closing but they absolutely still delivered. The staff were so accommodating and just really good people. The food was 10/10. I will most certainly be returning because there is more on the menu I NEED to try. Also the nachos are a must-try. I don't even really like pineapple but this was amazing. I truly enjoyed everything here. And the drinks were sublime a well. I had the Santa's mule and it was perfect.

Everytime we go to Jackson Ave Pub our observaton has been they could use more help. Takes forever to get service and then your order. Today was even worse. Our server - Robert P - could not have been more disinterested in serving us. Took a while to get a menu and then I had to shagged him down to give our order. After our order came he never once came over to see if we got what we ordered or if there was anything else we would like. In fact, my wife wanted a refill for her drink and after trying to flagged him down for over 10 minutes - he was either watching the football game or starring at his phone but not looking at the customers - I ended up getting up and going to the bar to get the refill my wife wanted. Horrible service. With the other restaurant opportunities within a few blocks of Jackson Ave Pub we won't be back.

Great wedge salad and jerk chicken sliders! Large burger but ordered a classic burger and was not a huge fan of the flavor — needed some sauce/aioli to add to it. Overall everything came out hot, the sweet potato fries were delicious too. Service was friendly and quick, glad to have found a spot to sit down right away!

We got online we ask for no jalapeno on the tattots and they say thay can't get rid of the jalapenos. And say we can have refund if we mont just over all good food if I cud I live next door and at lunch be first to by like 100 of every thing
