Being short-staffed I can understand, but being rude, disrespectful and careless with customers’ financial privacy is not ok. Our server failed to return my credit card with my bill. I noticed it within 5 min of leaving the restaurant and returned immediately. The bar manager (the same woman who is mentioned in many other Google reviews for being rude) was not only unhelpful, she dismissed me and said there was nothing she could do other than take my phone #, implying that I must have lost the card after the server returned it to me. As I stood there asking that they please keep looking, I noticed my card was still in the card reader attached to their cash register. The bar manager flippantly told me to take the card without so much as an apology for their mistake. When I asked for one, saying I didn’t appreciate being told it was my error when it clearly was not, she asked me to leave. I responded with “gladly, and I won’t ever be back!” Be vigilant - always verify that your server returns your card. It seems Jackson Ave Pub may have other ideas!

Kid-friendliness: It’s a pub. It’s not overly kid friendly but if your kid is ok with loud environments I think they’d be welcome there.
I wasn't impressed with the food, it was ok, pricing is high for what you get and the environment. The atmosphere is dark and a bit grungy, they place is also very loud. There are many better options in Downtown Naperville.
Parking: It's downtown Naperville, you will find a spot.

I went here because people online said they have the best burgers and I can't agree more! Their burgers are amazing! We have the Goodfellas and the blue cheese one, the blue cheese had a perfect mix of flavors! Definitely the best burgers on

Immaculately cooked burger and fries. Absolutely zero seasoning. You’d think the kitchen ran out of salt
Finally got here to try the burgers. A nice variety of burger finishes. Pretzel Bun, Swiss and American Cheese, Arugula and Crispy Onions. Fresh Fries, a generous portion. Cooked medium rare as requested. A very good burger.

We have been weekly regulars here for years. The burgers can’t be beat, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It is a small place so it can get crowded and loud, but you come here to devour huge delicious burgers, not to have philosophical discussions. They manage to come up with a lot of interesting burgers without just making everything punishingly spicy (which makes them better than the overrated Kuma’s Corner, in my opinion).

Food here was very good! Burgers are so flavorful and were cooked perfectly. Tried the Hell Fire with a gluten free bun. It was the perfect amount of spice and the bun is one of the better gf buns i’ve had. My boyfriend got the Hangover with a pretzel bun and said it was very good too. Truffle fries and cajun fries were also great. 100% would come back!
