The staff is super friendly and clearly understands hospitality! Today is my birthday and I came in to get my free birthday sandwich, but the app has a bug where I can't enter my birthday on my account. Although I wasn't able to redeem my gift through the app, Alex, who I believe is the manager, made sure I got the sandwich for free on my special day:) Kayla, Alex, and amber were amazing over all and I hope they continue to work there because I'll definitely be back for not only the amazing sandwich but, to see the kind hearted staff!

Never been before...never will again.Customer service didn't add what I asked for but added enough lettuce & oil vinegar to make the whole sandwich a big oily mush...filed it under 'G' garbage & went to Jimmy Johns.

Staff are extremely rude. The lady who made my sandwhich rushed me and had an attitude as well as the cashier. Also, the sandwhich was drenched in oil and non edible. Called for a refund and was hung up on. Do not go to this location.

Poor customer service. They rush you to order quickly. As a customer you don't even know what comes with a sandwich and they think that you have to know. Employees are rude, especially a women named Amber and the guy with a ponytail.

I came to this location for my first ever Jersey Mike's experience and was not disappointed. I was met with a very kind staff, especially the blonde girl who made my sandwich. She was so sweet and helpful with me not knowing what to order. I had no clue what I wanted and trusted her choice for me and i've become a regular to come back for the "Club Sub"! I highly recommend this particular location as it is always clean and always friendly!

The only Jersey Mike’s I feel comfortable ordering at as a celiac. At other stores, I get eye rolls and annoyance for letting them know I have celiac and need a gluten free sandwich. Went here today and the gentlemen that helped us was so kind and safe even though the store was so busy. I recommend this location, not only to those with an allergy but everyone.

Customer service. Suggest you help customers look up their loyalty # before discounting that they don't have one. Try to run a gift card more than once before you tell them it doesn't work & try to take it for yourself...my card had $30 on it...I just got it!So I had to pay cash. You were not too busy to give good customer service, there were only 3 of us in the store.

I still give this 1 star based on my original experience. I do appreciate working with the owner, they were very apologetic and offered my husband and I dinner. They said this issue will be discussed further, so hopefully something comes of this.

Okay sandwich. Nothing special. Ordered a tuna sandwich, not as good as the one I ordered in another location. Will not try again. There are so many good sub places.

The almost $15 Footlong BLT I got at weekend was without a doubt the worst value food item I've bought for a long time. It had a small scattering of lettuce shreds, had 4 of the thinnest slices of tomato you can imagine, and 5 pieces of bacon (half of an ounce), and total contents cost could not have been any more than 30 cent. Jersey Mike must think people are fools!!! Can't pin that kid of rip off on Ukraine war / grain prices/ inflation!! Would have felt ripped of if I'd paid $6.99, never mind over twice that. Tasteless and overpriced, not to mention zero nutritional value. Never again!
