Poor customer service..I felt they were annoyed when I wanted my sandwich a certain way..Then he sighs me. How rude is that. Never coming here again!!!!

I normally visit this location regularly, and after being away in Greece for two weeks, I noticed that Cece hasn’t been in the store. She usually took my order on Tuesday and Sunday nights when I’d stop by after work at Jewel. She always knew my order by heart and never missed a beat! I recently asked about her and was told she was moved to another store such a bummer, because Cece truly brightened my day every time I came in. Her customer service was always phenomenal. I didn’t ask which store she was moved to, but I’d love to see her again.

The first employee sliced bread entirely off center leaving one side paper thin. I asked for a different bread and the second employee smashed it so think to slice that it was not going to hold sandwich.

6 STARS. My friend suggested we go here and i was a little hesitant because I had never been before. That all changed the instant i walked in when Jessie and his crew treated us with hospitality helping me pick a sandwich for the first time and even had regular small talk with him like we were already best of friends. After being hesitant the first time I definitely wont be the 2nd time I go back.

Ordered an Italian sub on Parm bread. It was delivered by GrubHub and delivery was ok. However, my sandwich was on whit bread (I ordered the parm bread) also, the sandwich was loaded with mostly ham and only one kind of Italian meat. Disappointed in this location. I’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s at other locations.

I went here 5 minutes before close on a weekday. The two people helping made me feel valued as a customer. No eye rolling, no complaining that they were closing. Top notch customer service, and my food was prepared right.Will definitely return.
Management please reach out to me so I can get these people the recognition they deserve.

I stop by there to pick up lunch or dinner before my work. Great friendly staff. Clean place. They do not skimp on putting sliced choice of proteins. Their rewards program is not as aggressive or rewarding as other rival sandwich places but that is the corporate issue not for this local store alone.

Wanted to order something in person but wanted to know the prices of the subs. Why even bother having a website if you can't put up a menu with prices

was rushed to order when still looking at the menu. the staff seemed annoyed at simple requests and the payment terminal was broken so they tipped themselves 20% and could not void the payment when we brought it to their attention. overall worst customer service we’ve experienced at a sandwich shop.

Sandwiches are good but service does to be friendlier. The first time I hear they would not honor a promotion and this time they just seem to rush you. I get it’s lunch time but don’t assume the guest knows what number the sandwich is and maybe ask “would you like you turkey sandwich with ….?” I don’t think I will be coming back to this location sad because I live like 5 min away

Love this place. I generally use the app to order. When I drop by to pick up the order is always ready. The store is nice and clean and the employees are always friendly and cheerful. My sandwich has always been great.

I normally visit this Jersey Mike's location and have great service but today was different. The woman with the tattoo's and green/blueish hair color had such a brash attitude and rudeness during my interaction with her, and was very rushy. The store seemed fully staffed and they were only waiting me at the time and I did not take long to order at all but she was just rushy and rude for no reason. I had ordered only two sandwiches there. I hope management addresses her customer service skills. Otherwise, everyone else provided great service.
