I normally visit this Jersey Mike's location and have great service but today was different. The woman with the tattoo's and green/blueish hair color had such a brash attitude and rudeness during my interaction with her, and was very rushy. The store seemed fully staffed and they were only waiting me at the time and I did not take long to order at all but she was just rushy and rude for no reason. I had ordered only two sandwiches there. I hope management addresses her customer service skills. Otherwise, everyone else provided great service.

Employees need to be trained on how to provide quality service. Perhaps sending them to chik fil a employee training would help. On 9/30 at noon I tried to place an order in person for my 2 kids and myself. After I placed the kids order the lady immediately asked the person behind me for their order. Upon letting her know I needed to order my sandwich, I get yelled at for not placing the order with my kids order. Lady was super rude, didn't confirm if my order was even done, and was just unpleasant. She clearly was doing folks a favor by taking their orders. My 2 little ones can even hear her grumbling to herself with language a 3 year old should not be hearing. Will contact Jersey Mikes corporate office as hopefully change can occur at this location. They need to fully revamp their employee training with either people skill training and customer service training. Also to recognize that they have a few bad apples in this location that is ruining their brand.

Good food but horrible service. Blond bimbo employee that clearly doesn't want to work there gives customers an attitude and totally ruins the customer experience. Not recommended until she is replaced and quits.

Food and service are great. The trick is finding the place if you haven't been there before. There are two Suite 105's in this shopping center. One is near the Jewel the other is in a separate building next to the Chipolte.Driving tip: This location is in the building with the Chipolte hidden behind (South of) the McDonald's.

I want to start by saying the food was good. The problem was with the employee with the purple hair-she smelled. I have come into this restaurant a couple of times, and every time at the register I am able to smell her from across the counter. It really doesn't help that her shirt is stained around the armpits. Company may want to suggest she wear deodorant? Not sure if that's how you handle it. Sounds harsh but it does affect the quality of my experience.

Will never return to a jersey mikes again order food online that is confirmed wait over and hr just to get all the way to the store and be told o well we cancelled your order when asked why was treated absolutely horrible and told o well several times never tryed there food before and was excited to but after this experience will never try it again

Horrible customer service! First time there a lady with pink hair took my order with such attitude that I told myself I would never go back but can't deny that fact that sandwiches are delicious so I gave it another go and wow I should of stayed away from this location. So disappointed since I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches!

horrible service, I had kindly asked for bacon on my son's sandwich and the women who was preparing my sandwich with an attitude told me it would be an up-charge . I knew this and was fine with paying more for the bacon, instead of applying the bacon i saw her wrap the sandwich and hand it over to the cashier. i knew she didn't apply the bacon so i asked the cashier that there wasn't any bacon on it, the women who prepared my sandwich stopped assisting the customer behind me to rudely come up and say with an attitude that she had applied bacon, she then proceeds to unwrap the sandwich and opens the sandwich to see for herself that she had not actually added bacon. instead of apologizing she simply says "oops i swear i thought i added bacon". worst way to treat customers especially a customer who's son is with him.
