Excellent all around. Excellent service! Excellent location! Excellent pizza! You have to get the Aloha pizza. I love this because you can get a variety of made to order slices and the wait is less than 10 minutes. Perfectly packed and enormously delicious. Be careful because the slices come out hot and it is so tempting to bite in to it right away. Parking is excellent and easy. I can’t see going anywhere else for pizza. Great value!

not a good experience unfortunately. To start off with the experience, the lady on the phone was super rude. Any question I asked, very off putting and made me feel like I was dumb. Sorry I don’t know what Pepsi products are.
Next thing, they claim they delivered the pizza however they clearly delivered at the wrong house. They didn’t even call, just texted.never got our pizza. We called next day and lady mocks my boyfriend on the phone.not ordering here again. Bad experience

Must try is their Detroit style pizza. It’s not regular deep dish as this one is pan pizza which has crispy easy crust. We got extra large and staff when requested made square cuts and it served 5 people.. any veggies or meat is an up charge as default one is cheese. Better to call ahead of time as it takes 15-20 mins time to prepare also No seating available.

No thanks... Have had delivered in past however was referred to another Jets a few towns over for delivery, and they don't deliver to my house now either. The Jets is literally 3.8 miles from our house. Initially I was told that it's a slow day, and manager suggested I tip the driver $10 for delivery, on top of the $5 dollar delivery fee. $45 bucks all in for the 8 corner pizza we wanted. No thanks. I don't give in to extortion. Got 2 mini pizzas from local pizzeria, that was better quality, and half the price. Email was sent to corporate with no response. They have lost a customer.

Everyone has their favorite pizza and this I am sure is for many. I hated to think I would like a Detroit style especially from a chain. They are always friendly here and look to accommodate. Several options of styles. The deep dish has a great flavor on the crust. I have not tried other crusts but I assume all are good. They also offer crust flavors to be added, I believe at no charge. Get it try it and you probably will also have to like it. Oh and they offer great coupons.

Ordered my pizza, tipped extra and ahead of time because our apt building is large. After about 1 hr and 20 minutes I called them and found my pizza at the front door on the floor outside of my apt. You have to call to get entry into my apartment building, I never received a notification for entry or a phone call. Told the lady multiple times that I had the pizza, tried to explain that it was cold and sitting on the ground, she was not listening to my concerns, she just kept telling me that my pizza was delivered. I’m pregnant, and we also leave our garbage where the pizza was placed for pick up so I can’t risk eating it. No compensation was offered. Giving 1 star because of the service.

Detroit-style pizza. Pizza is pretty good. Great ranch, and can buy it by the bottle. 3 stars on atmosphere because it's just a take-out place; not much else to experience.
Detroit style pizza at its best for a Chicago local. Hot, crunchy and delicious every time. Love their lunch box. The 2 slices and a soda for an amazing price. Highly recommended.

Love the pizza, last time I went they would've gotten 5 stars... But when asked to cut a large pizza into 12 pizzas... They said they "could only cut into 10 pieces at most".. I wanted them to cut into 12. I said okay and they still just cut into 8 pieces.. I still left a small tip tho, cuz I like the food.
