This is a pretty standard Jimmy John's off of Washington St in Naperville near the Trader Joe's. The #5 Vito (italian) is a good choice, as is the #13 beach club on wheat. Add chips & drink (or pickle or cookie) to make it a combo for $4-5 more. Staff are chill and good at whipping up subs quickly. They'll always deliver a single sandwich but carryout is a cheaper option. Great for a fast and mostly affordable lunch.

The wrong order - a terrible response, Jacob said he would give a 10 dollar credit to any Jimmy John’s- turns out doesn’t work for others only for same ownership. Then said they would refund I said it was in cash. I offered the idea we call another store and they simply pay. Well since the woman will didn’t mess it up she couldn’t pay. So they said the GM would call me in 3 days lol- this was WILD

Jimmy John's is using Uber for delivery. They don't deliver. They send you a text and say your order has been contactlessly delivered and there's nothing at your door. Very disappointed in such poor customer service.

This was a catering order for a large office meeting. Unfortunately, the crew made a mistake with the order. When we contacted the manager to resolve the issue, he refused to believe they made and error and was reluctant to help unless we provided pictures of each catering box. Did they expect me to stop people from grabbing their lunch because the order was incorrect? To make matters worse, he claimed that someone must have switched the order after delivery. Seriously? I am not giving my business to them again.
FREAKY SLOW!!! waited 20 mins to get a basic turkey sandwich! I see 6 staff members shuffling around preparing delivery orders while they take their sweet time handling the people in front of them. AWFUL LOCATION. Manager. Please do something about this lame business's practice!
