This was a catering order for a large office meeting. Unfortunately, the crew made a mistake with the order. When we contacted the manager to resolve the issue, he refused to believe they made and error and was reluctant to help unless we provided pictures of each catering box. Did they expect me to stop people from grabbing their lunch because the order was incorrect? To make matters worse, he claimed that someone must have switched the order after delivery. Seriously? I am not giving my business to them again.

FREAKY SLOW!!! waited 20 mins to get a basic turkey sandwich! I see 6 staff members shuffling around preparing delivery orders while they take their sweet time handling the people in front of them. AWFUL LOCATION. Manager. Please do something about this lame business's practice!

So disappointed with this location. Ordered 3 sandwiches and one wrap. They took the bread out of each sandwich when I told them to leave it in. It says on the receipt to leave in. They heated up the three sandwiches. I never said I wanted them heated. I’ve ordered these same sandwiches dozens of times over the years and never once were they heated. My wrap was so sloppy in the construction that everything fell out when I unwrapped it. Also, it was swimming in sauce to the point that I threw it away halfway through. Will never return to this location.

Food was just delivered (See pictures). Dirt/Mud in box, mud on cups and lids. How does a driver or whoever put the order together not see that? Very very disappointing.

My office and I always order from this location with no issues. Today I placed an order at 1:41 pm and after 45 minutes I decided to because I hadn't received my order. I was informed that the driver was unable to locate my building and may already dropped my order off. I was then told that they would reachout to the driver and give me a call back. At 3:05pm one of our nurses noticed the food sitting outside of the door. We didn't get a knock on the door or even doorknob jiggle. I called them back to inform them of what happened, my response was if the door isn't open they will leave the order at the door and she was glad I received my order. If I had ordered DoorDash that would have been expected, but never from Jimmy John's. That's very disappointing we won't order from there again.
